After visiting this location well over two dozen times I can honestly say it is one of the best UPS stores around. The staff is friendly, helpful and have a great attitude. We have used them for shipping, notary services and supplies. Thanks for being great at what you do!!! read more

After years and years of such an easy, straightforward experience with these guys, I gotta leave. When the healthy lady with a shaved head yelled at me today about a box that says it was delivered on the 18th, 4 days ago, that I've checked on everyday in hopes that I can just touch it! I remembered that I'm just a customer and don't have to do this kind of business. I suffered so much loss from Lowell I don't have the patience for this nonsense, especially when I'm asking about a box that says it was delivered four days ago. I'm just freaking wondering, and I'm so silly I thought you were the guys to ask, for mail related things and all. But anyway in that box is my daughter's birthday gift from her family on the mainland. You cannot imagine the loss I am experiencing right now. 5 minutes before you did all that extra shit for absolutely no reason, I was crying at the airport with my husband as he is headed to the mainland today to bury our nephew and I stay back as we cannot afford to all travel. Yuck. Bless you, be well. Signed a bitch who just wants her box & was literally just asking. read more

Order tracking number 1ZEY68310383329223 UPS through Nike. This delivery driver needs to be investigated by HR, or any corporate member from the mainland. I am not pleased how careless this worker is. I specifically set up a chair for it to be placed on, and he/she just put on the ground on top of a little trash box full of bathroom gunk from the sink, and a recycled soda can I used for an ash trey. It's unbelievable, I wouldn't mind if that worker placed it on the floor with all that blank spot, where you can easily see so much room to put it on. UPS you need to do better with your business, and have that driver either be terminated, or be written up at least. read more

Horrible service. Before sending an email with VERY CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS for printing, I called to make sure I could print Construction plans at this location. The woman I spoke with said yes and assured me it would get printed but may take 24 hours. I called back 2 days later and it wasn't printed. I sent another email with clear instructions again. Called back two days later and ANOTHER employee answered, had no idea what I was talking about. I had to reply AGAIN with the instructions that were written in the email only for the employee to give me excuses, no apologies, and then HUNG UP WHILE I was talking. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Go anywhere else if you need help because they will only give you excuses and take NO ACCOUNTABILITY. read more

I ain't gonna lie to you............I probably know where all the UPS stores are on the Big Island, Maui, & Kauai. Why would Bruddah Fran know this???? Because every time I work on the neighbor islands (doesn't matter which island), whenever I have to bring parts to fix a machine, when it's time to have to ship back the broken parts to the mainland, I find it very efficient to just dump off my package at a UPS Store, instead of lugging it back with me to Oahu via Hawaiian Airlines. Sometimes when I travel I have to take a lot of gear with me, and it makes it so much sense to travel back to Oahu with less gear. This particular UPS Store is located in Lihue, at the Kukui Grove Shopping Center. You can't miss it, as it's just next door from the "Ross Dress for Less" in Lihue. Since the UPS Store is located in a major mall on Kauai, there are no issues with access, or even trying to find parking. Service here is efficient, as the clerks here will process you package in no time! Just walk in, drop off your box, and the clerk will give you a receipt, and off you go! Easy Peasy, and that's the way I like it! read more

The best customer service ever from happy employees. I love going to our UPS store in Lihue.

Aloha I went into the ups store today One of my returns needed a bag and I didn't have one she said it will be 2$ for a bag I told ok I need to go get my money then when I got back she said 3$ because it didn't fit in a small bag, I didn't want to pay the 3$ so she took my product out of the bag totally destroyed the plastic bag taking my product out. she wasted 3$ lol never seen that happened before. It was already in the bag she told me 2$ great customer service would have just charged me 2$ bucks or just gave me the bag this rarely happens just this time I didn't have a bag for one of my retunes, I been a customer here for over 10 years .. interesting behavior! read more

When you need something delivered you can count on them! There reliable and dependable and on time.MAHALO!!!

The staff was bit unhelpful addressing one at a time to notarize. The customer ahead of us somehow a local, had over 100;s of documents to copy. I wonder just why the staff has to copy each document, not even through the feeder, which held up her time from notarizing. After 15 minutes of waiting outside, the manager finally came out to tell us she will be taking much longer! Why would 1 person hold up businees when all we needed was 5 minutes to notarize a document along with 2 others behind us?. Could they just pause every 15 minutes from the 100's of copies in order to better balance the customers time and needs? Instead they sent us to any where else on the island instead of pausing from the 100's of copies that seemed to take an entire afternoon. UPS needs to train customer service and maybe limit the time at the counter to 10 minutes when there are many waiting outside. Covid is such a terrible excuse when humans can be more efficient amongs their own actions. This is like a government job, no urgency and no customer service at all. I better stick with Fed Ex but there are none on the island! Help read more

Great place from which to ship those 'extra' items Once again we visited Hawaii and once again by the time we were ready to leave Kauai (well...more accurately had to leave Kauai) we had accumulated too much stuff to have it all fit in our luggage. So once again we went to the Kaumualii UPS Store and once again were very happy with the service and value. The counterperson we got helped us choose a box size and made sure all our items fit safely and securely before sending out stuff on its way. Most excellent. read more

I had a horrible experience with this UPS Store. In March 2020, I knew I was moving from Maui to Kauai, so I tried to setup mail at this location before I arrived. I stole to the Kahului store and called them. My father actually did too. They had his name on file and my name on file (which is apparently a list of people that are expecting mail). However, they still dropped the ball. Before my unemployment insurance letter arrived I told them to expect it. I talked to them a second time on the phone in Kauai. They said they would call me when it arrived and they never did. They called my dad and he contacted me and said the letter arrived and they will keep it until Friday. However, I called them on Thursday and it was gone. They sent it back to the sender. This dumb act caused the government to do a 13-week investigation and they paused my benefits. I was living in self-quarantine for 100 days after arriving in Kauai, but I returned to living on the street in mid-July. When and if I would receive my benefits was unbeknownst to me between mid-June and mid-September and it was their fault. I gave this company two stars because after I started living in Lihue in mid-July, they were friendly and cordial in person and did not make any more errors. I had to use their service a couple of times and I paid them $5 per package or I would have given them one star. For what it's worth I had conversations via email with UPS Store and their management. They expressed some concern and regret, but whether or not they will become more professional and improve is anybody's guess. If you need to send or receive mail, I would avoid this place if at all possible. One package that arrived for me had broken glass in it. I can't prove they did it, but I can't prove they didn't do it. They returned it to the sender for me before I opened it or even left with it. read more

I paid around $500.00 to ship around $100.00 worth of sweets and coffee to my family in Mexico the store did not informed me that I needed an exporter license or paid about 300.00 DLL custom's fees per package another option ... have it returned and not getting reimbursed for the original price of shipping one hour navigating through website several phone calls ... so frustrating read more

I had an extremely important and very complicated shipment involving multiple packages, remote payment from a third party and all this at 10 minutes to closing time. Kyle was incredibly patent and professional through multiple problems on my end. I have been here several times this week for several different reasons (shipping and printing services). The service the employees provide at this particular UPS is outstanding. I emailed some important documents to print out ahead of time and indicated the time I would be picking them up. I was running late, and Chrissy was calling to make sure I was okay. Talk about caring for their customers. The quality of the documents were very high quality and I was elated when I picked them up. I will be needing their services for a considerable time due to school, and their customer service is the best part of their package! Thank you, Lihue UPS! read more

Like any business you're only as good as your services and your customer service. This UPS store is phenomenal at both. Centrally located, and with a staff that continues to impress with their genuine Aloha Spirit and enthusiasm for helping customers. On multiple occasions I have witnessed them go above and beyond to help customers. Today I literally watched one of the staff leave the store and run down the street (with a smile that never let his face) after another customer to return something that person had forgotten in the store. It says a lot that I am willing to travel an additional 10-miles further then the UPS store near my home to do my mailing and shipping business with this staff...and always leave with a smile on my face with the feeling that like so many others I am a considered a valued customer.
