I had to reply AGAIN with the instructions that were written in the email only for the employee to give me excuses, no apologies, and then HUNG UP WHILE I was talking. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I have been a long time customer of printcountry.com (which is now owned by Kauai Business Solutions) who I believe offers best bang for the buck. I have tried other cheaper bulk inks from Amazon, which come close, but not quite the same. No leakage or recognition issues. Every print comes out clean. They also last long enough, although I do not have any side by side comparison with OEM cartridges. I recommend going with the value packs for extra saving. Overall, great value.
