The line out the door was HORRIBLE, the parking lot was tiny and awful to navigate. My husband and I both have the free USPS service "Informed Delivery Daily Digest," which sends e-mails to you with pictures of the mail that is coming each day. Therefore, we know when mail is missing. Last week a refund check that was coming to my husband, that we got a scan of, went missing. Today I was missing a COBRA info mailing from my husband's former employer and another bill. I waited in line for 15 minutes only to deal with the most condescending, rude and unhelpful man. He was not one of the clerks, it was a taller African American man who looked to be some kind of manager. He told me there is no guarantee on pieces of mail being delivered and seemed like he could give two craps about my issues. How about some faked empathy? Why so rude and combative?? I guess it's MY problem that USPS is losing my mail and not his. I told him about my issues and he completely brushed me off. I have already written to my former congressperson in FL about my mail not being properly forwarded, but I guess I'll be writing to one here too and filing complaints online about the mail here.

I was only a week out from my own wedding overseas when I realized my passport was expired, when I…read morewas sure it was not. After months and months of planning, reservations, research, spending, and family and friends booking flights and lodging... I was about to be absolutely crushed with shame and embarrassment at being unable to attend my own wedding. I still don't completely understand how I missed such a basic requirement, thinking my passport was valid for the better part of a year! I rushed online to research some kind of solution, believing I was simply f-ed, and Legal Passport was an option. I contacted them and worked with Paul, and the same day he had me on track to put my documentation and authorizations together, ship overnight to his courier team, an appointment at the regional agency for an urgent passport (I do not live in a state with an agency and would have had to flown to one, assuming I could get an appointment). I found out this disaster was the case on Saturday, had the documents with Paul's team on Monday evening, the passport processed completely by the government by Tues evening, and the passport in my hand on Friday with 5 days to spare. Really incredible. I have read reviews that Paul is rude or otherwise unprofessional. This was not my experience. He can be sharp, but it is because he wants perfect execution of what you need to put together and send so that there are no hiccups and you receive your passport. Every hang-up will be a delay and reduce your chances. He is not a magician - the government can simply take a long time or have an issue with something minor that you missed. He was extremely responsive to me on call and email and took sometimes 8 calls from me in a day. I also imagine he is dealing with a ton of very stressed people looking for an instant fix to an issue. Paul and his team helped me avoid what would have been an absolute catastrophe both financially, emotionally, familial-y. Thank you so much to you and your team. I highly recommend Legal Passport.

I'm disabled with a twisted kneecap and when I get to the door, within a minute in which he could have waited....he leaves the heavy box on my staircase and is already inside his van/truck....backing up in reverse to make another delivery. Although he saw me standing on my porch trying to lift the big box from a standing position with a knee brace, trying to drag the bulky rectangular box inside. If I had lost my balance I'd be at the bottom of 15 stairs, worst off than a twisted knee. I'm letting the sender know. A big international retail corporation. I've never heard of Budget, their headquartered in India. They sure didn't impress me. Panache: UPS doesn't have it. Their new method makes one attempt at home delivery. After that they drop your package, box or envelope, WITH YOUR VERY PERSONAL AND PRIVATE INFORMATION ON THE PACKAGE, INCLUDING YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER...at one of their access locations. Which could be a dive restaurant, funky unestablished overnight so-called business, usually in a bad part of town. Where any number of people can view your private information. Then you, the recipient, has to drag your butt to whatever shady location, show your driver's license or ID to these strangers to prove who you are, risk getting mugged or car-jacked, get your box, package or envelope and make your way home by car, bus or walking. Wow! Remember that whoever shipped you that package paid UPS a lot of money to get that package delivered to you....but UPS only tried once. And you had to pick up your package. DHL?
