I receive emails about upcoming packages through informed delivery. I saw that Friday 6/20 there…read morewas a packaged scheduled for delivery. The package never came and was updated to be delivered that Monday 6/23. Which was no problem. Monday comes and it's says out for delivery. I then see an update saying the package was delivered at 2:12. Let me also note that I had no clue what this package was. I went outside to see no package. I then submit an email to USPS about my issue. I received a call that day around 4:34. I believe I spoke with Dan/Dave but I'm not 100 % sure. I told him that the website says delivered but nothing was in the mailbox. He then asked me to check the mailbox again and he would call me back because the message on the site was driver left package in mailbox. He stated that he would give me a call back after he did some research. Next day, I received a call from the post office. I spoke with the same person Dan/Dave. I told him the mailbox was checked and there was no package. He said he would keep looking but stated that on his side it showed scanned on 6/23 at 2:12. He also said something that confused me. He said that it says scanned at 2:12 but he saw another time that showed I believe 1:15. Now I have 2 camera's. One in the front and on the side. I told him that I checked my camera. There was nothing delivered at 2:12. I also work from home and my desk is upstairs in a room where my chair is right by the window. So I have clear view of my front yard. So regardless if he came at 1:15 when I was on lunch or 2:12 when I'm sitting at my desk. I was home. He said that he would more research and call me back. Then next day (today) I spoke with a young lady who had a very bad attitude which I was totally thrown off because I wasn't coming off that way. She kept saying that the scan time shows 6/23 2:12. She totally ignored the fact that I had a ring camera. She also said she wasn't going anyone accusing her drivers. I said nothing about the drivers!!!! Not at anytime. I only mentioned what my camera saw. She then kept saying I was trying to argue. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years so I know how to conduct myself. I was so thrown off I asked of the call was being recorded? She said know but I figured I told her. There's no reason for your attitude because I don't have one. I asked for her name but she didn't want to give it. (That's alright)She was talking to me as if I was lying and basically said I was. I said ma'am. I don't even know what this package is or who sent it. She then said how could you not know. Don't you have a tracking number? I think she was thinking I was saying I couldn't see where it came from but I was referring to who sent it! But to be honest. I didn't think to look where it came from which I definitely could have but I was thinking that wouldn't help. I have 2 sons. 25 and 19, is in college. They have friends constantly sending them things without their knowledge. She then hung up on me without giving me any of her info. I'm not going to lie. I was upset but still confused. I didn't get upset until I spoke with her. I mean I couldn't because I had no clue what was being sent. Something said go look at the tracking and see where it came from. I saw that ot was mailed from Hamden, CT. I'm thinking wait a minute. I have 2 sister's that lived there. Now I'm confused because I already received my father's day gift on 6/20. It was a Cowboys hat. I was excited and posted it on social media. I called my sister and asked her where did she mail the package from. She lives in New Haven, CT but Hamden is basically a sister city. They're extremely close. She tells me she mailed it from Hamden! I asked her to send me the tracking number but I we have a recycle bin and lucky it was picked up last Friday before my hat was delivered so I knew the box was still in the bin. I checked the box. It's the package that USPS said was delivered on 06/23 at 2:12!!! I realized what happened. The delivery man delivered my package on 6/20 but never updated the website. So on Monday when it said a package was delivered and nothing came. I was confused. My email says the package was delivered on 06/23. The website stated that it was delivered on 06/23. What I notice a few hours ago is that now the website says it was delivered on 06/20 at 2:12. No one from the post office can deny it didn't say that before. I promise I have receipts!!! What does someone have to gain to say they didn't receive a package but doesn't know what it was. I can see if I said it was a gold brick being delivered. I said I had no clue because I didn't. It said ot would be delivered on 06/23 and wasn't but now it's saying 06/20. This post office is a mess and needs to management.

I had an appt. to get a passport the other morning. I had to drive out of my way, but they offered…read morethe earliest appt, so I took it. I was met by Mr. Ty & we started off on the wrong foot because he seemed a little annoyed first thing in the morning. It was only a little after 9 am, so I was really not in the mood for starting my day off with that negativity. It started to rub off on me though, so I just stood there silent and only answered questions when he asked as to not snap back at him. After a few minutes of him reviewing my documents, he noticed that we had a lot in common as far as where we've both lived & visited. So, his attitude completely turned around & my attitude disappeared. He actually told me that he was just tired & I understood. We never know what people are going through. We chatted and laughed and talked about our kids/family as he completed his tasks. He ended up being my best bud by the end of the visit. We laughed and I left him with a HUGE smile and he did the same for me. I actually was grateful that he was the one who helped me after all. He was a pleasure & I hope that I get to see him again soon.

The only 1 tiny concern is that it smells like cigarette smoke inside the store. So if they are smoking inside the store that smells penetrates the items for sale. That's a turn off for me to buy an item. My suggestion is please don't smoke in the store. It's a big turn off!!

After months and months of planning, reservations, research, spending, and family and friends booking flights and lodging... I was about to be absolutely crushed with shame and embarrassment at being unable to attend my own wedding. I still don't completely understand how I missed such a basic requirement, thinking my passport was valid for the better part of a year! I rushed online to research some kind of solution, believing I was simply f-ed, and Legal Passport was an option. I contacted them and worked with Paul, and the same day he had me on track to put my documentation and authorizations together, ship overnight to his courier team, an appointment at the regional agency for an urgent passport (I do not live in a state with an agency and would have had to flown to one, assuming I could get an appointment). I found out this disaster was the case on Saturday, had the documents with Paul's team on Monday evening, the passport processed completely by the government by Tues evening, and the passport in my hand on Friday with 5 days to spare. Really incredible. I have read reviews that Paul is rude or otherwise unprofessional. This was not my experience. He can be sharp, but it is because he wants perfect execution of what you need to put together and send so that there are no hiccups and you receive your passport. Every hang-up will be a delay and reduce your chances. He is not a magician - the government can simply take a long time or have an issue with something minor that you missed. He was extremely responsive to me on call and email and took sometimes 8 calls from me in a day. I also imagine he is dealing with a ton of very stressed people looking for an instant fix to an issue. Paul and his team helped me avoid what would have been an absolute catastrophe both financially, emotionally, familial-y. Thank you so much to you and your team. I highly recommend Legal Passport.

We've done this a lot with other shippers, and often they just want the product, not even a box. So we packed the merchandise in the same plastic bag it came in, without sealing it. The counter staff (who were very nice) said it needed to be sealed. "That will be $1." Seriously, they charged us $1 for a single piece of cellophane tape. That's the last dollar I will ever spend here. With that kind of cheap attitude from the owner, they're not worth patronizing.
