Got some LAZY S O B up in this post office, we have an open community and no one bothered to deliver at the front door and of course they dodge accountability but not having a phone number to contact. Nobody answers my phone calls and when I do get a phone number it just goes straight to voicemail no one gets back to me hope everybody here gets fired. I've had so many issues with them being lazy and not wanting to get out of their vehicle to do their job and DELIVER! read more

For years, my neighbors and I have been having issues with undelivered mail and packages that say they've been delivered to a locker parcel, but no key in the locker. USPS used to be amazing years ago, but now I'm scared to have anything mailed to my address because nothing important ever comes to me. I've complained about the same carrier multiple times, others as well, but nothing is getting fixed. They never answer their phone either. Customer service is a migraine, yet, I repeatedly have to deal with them because of incompetence! read more

The black lady at the front had the most condescending tone and was unjustifiably rude for no reason. I seen another rating about her but to experience it for myself was so disheartening. All i had were questions that couldve been answered if they had they had any professionalism with answering calls. Worst , most unfriendly customer service around. What a displeasure to interact with. Came in at opening time and was looking for a priority mail shipping box to send. The kiosk was out of that size. An employee came out and began opening up the inside store. I politely asked her if they had any more boxes . She failed to acknowledge me at first even though I was 6 feet or less away. I asked again and she said there were boxes in the kiosk. I mentioned to her that the kiosk was out of the small boxes. She did not acknowledge my reply and walked past me with a scowl in her face. She proceeded to help customers behind the counter apparently ignoring my request to restock the kiosk or let me know they were out . I left the store in disgust. It is disheartening to know that some one who gets so many paid holidays , sick leave, personal leave, great retirement and insurance benefits and makes at least 50k a year can be so negative. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to personal issues at home . Still no excuse. Half of my family either works or worked for this institution and all of them excel in customer service. That is the business they are in. read more

In regards to my previous review, the rude lady who works there is named Kathryn. Every time I go to this post office Kathryn is always being rude to customers and has this permanent scowl on her face while constantly rolling her eyes. Luckily with my most recent visit to this location, I didn't have to deal with her. read more

Clerk 53 was exceptionally helpful & knowledgeable (how embarrassing I didn't get his name). He and his coworker at the time of my visit are always kind, & direct customers with respect & efficiency. It's becoming less common to find kind clerks at the post office & other places, but not here today! I hope the same for you! read more

I believe stealing packages and important mail. I see on the site what should be deliverers and I'll I've had in my box this week is spam mail. All I get is "call back if not delivered by (date)" Makes no sense. read more

Employees in front cannot comprehend questions and cannot give the answer to questions about tracking. Very aggravating!!!

Never answer the phone. Also they took my package out of my P.O. Box after delivering it and lost it. Makes no sense...

Employees are rude. Mail to my PO box and home (also in Dacula) is regularly missing. I receive other people's mail, and mail that I have pictures of in Informed Delivery never gets delivered. Items that I mail to other addresses in Dacula take over a week to be delivered. This post office is why people no longer use USPS. read more

Kathryn works the counter and she has to be the RUDEST person I've encountered there, by far! She never smiles, always scowls like she hates her job and working with people. She snaps at you if you ask her a simple question. Be ready to get barked at if you go to her window. She lacks interpersonal skills and should work sorting mail or something. read more

I come to this post office often and so far never had any issues. They deliver my mail all the time and usually we have the same mail carrier who is a young man or an older gentleman. All of them are great. I've had issues at quite a few post offices, but I honestly cannot say anything negative about this location. I was left a notice of a letter in my box, however the notice had no name on it. The time and date of the missed delivery was odd because I was home the hold time. Maybe the postman or postlady had a bad day and just didnt want to take the time to knock on the door or better yet get out of their truck. In any event I have tried to call the Dacula Post Office and no one answers the phone. I guess I need to make a trip to find out if the letter really belongs to me. read more

I come to this post office once every blue moon but yet this is the first time I've ever checked in. This post office is great honestly. However they've been known to only have one postal official handling all of the mail even though they have spots for 3-4 handlers. I think that's a postal call as to how many handlers they want to pay, whereby putting more of a workload on one postal handler. I've noticed that during the holidays, they normally try to stock up more for the rush. It's not a bad place, however management in my honest opinion should keep at least more than one postal worker to handle the mail. read more

Finally met an honest supervisor today at Post Office (Dacula and Fence). Paid $4 to send Fed tax form to IRS in Kansas City on 3/10/20. The track app said everything good and package in KC on 3/12. Now it's 3/30/20 and app says "still on the truck". Nice Supervisor gal said don't EVER send certified mail, it's a scam. No one will need to sign if or when they receive. She recommends paying extra to require someone sign like with FedEx or UPS overnight. Of course that's $20+ vs the $4 I paid for USPS "certified " Truth sets one free. My package arrived to this branch this morning before noon. It was originally slated to be delivered to me this evening, but now, for some unknown reason, my package isn't going to arrive until tomorrow evening. The post office is less than a mile from where I'm having the package shipped! The rude customer service rep told me I needed to be "patient" when I asked if I could simply go to the post office and retrieve the package myself. Told me there was no way, even though it was very clearly already at the location. So, why the five stars.. I finally found the branch number, and the lady I spoke with was amazingly kind. She was very helpful, and made it clear I could gladly come and pick it up today. Thank you all for being kind! read more

5 stars = Woohoo! As good as it gets! It's a post office, so it wasn't a mind blowing experience, and it's not like "I can't wait to go back!" But apples to apples, this post office is great. I typically go and use the self serve kiosk to avoid the line (and human to human interaction), but for good reason, I needed to get in line today. There was a short line (about 2:30pm on a Tuesday), which was my good luck. There were 3 gentlemen behind the counter. I watched as they interacted with customers, and they were SO cool and kind. They seemed like they actually *gasp* enjoyed their jobs a little bit. My turn came and I got Mark. This guy was so chatty and friendly, cracking jokes with his coworkers and with me. He wasn't distracted or anything; he was just personable. I was seriously dreading having to get in the line today, but dang, Mark hit it out of the park. :D read more

This is 2nd to 3rd time they have accounted for my package being delivered and it has NOT. Then they want to give an excuse as to why it wasn't delivered, yet we have cameras showing that they come to our house and don't deliver any packages! This is ridiculous, I have called numerous times to get my packages but they keep ensuring me it will be delivered but I have yet to see any packages. read more

Last night I scheduled a pickup at my home for today during my normal mail delivery time. At 4pm the pickup had not been made so I went to the mailbox to confirm mail had not been delivered, but it had. I had 1 hour before drop offs would no longer be accepted for the day and needed my package in the mail today for delivery by Friday. I drive down to the post office to drop off my packages myself. And then to top it all off, I just received an email from USPS stating that my scheduled pickup was completed successfully. Major thumbs down, USPS. read more

I really like this post office. The wait time to ship a package is usually very reasonable. The have a self ship station if you are in a hurry or need to ship something after business hours. It is located in a nice safe area. The postal workers seem competent enough and take the appropriate time to help everyone without slowing down the shipping process much. read more

I would recommend going to any other post office than this one!! I have been treated rudely every time I walk in! I started buying stamps online even though I pass right by this post office every day! Despite this, I did stop today; needed stamps immediately for Special Olympics. I was treated so rudely I walked out without the stamps! read more
