Waited few business days and heard nothing, so I went back they were still unable to find it. I was given the guidance to wait few more days and this time was given the managers number for me to reach out instead of going back. Not sure what's taking so long to coordinate with the delivery driver, but it's been a process extending almost 2 weeks.

They purposely do not answer the phone. They purposely do not do their jobs. They steal packages, especially during Christmas time. I now do not use vendors that use the USPS for their shipping. The lawsuit being filed has 15k signatures with the same proven grievances.

I talked to Congressman Allen's aid she forwarded my complaint about times, ended up on the desk of a woman named Pamela (706) 562-1882 Who handles the Georgia congressional Complaints. She called me 4:30 PM on a Friday and we talked. She said she would do an investigation and get back with me and She called back 19 minutes later left a voicemail that I'd have to get the cluster mailbox or pay for a PO Box and I still couldn't get certain packages delivered the end! Well state past 12 years ago a stupid law that new divisions and subdivisions have to have a cluster mailbox. It makes sense that way the postman just goes to the box and deliver all the mail and the people come and pick it up it saves fuel But there should be exclusions in there because I'm one house one they have to drive by it every day to directions when they're delivering mail to other houses that were put in for the law, but this uneducated woman said no not once, but twice, even though I had all the evidence proving that the address was made available to her post office, three years prior to the law changed! So to activate my house address I have to spend out of pocket funds for the cluster mailbox they cost $2,700 on low end just outside of town the other 7 plots on my street are nature and for sale by owner & he isn't building any more houses It's not a neighborhood because the streets only connect from the highway one way in one way out. She tried to say that it was a subdivision, wrong again you have to have a Home Division before you could have a subdivision so her lack of education and experience is being shown once again! These are the uneducated people, United States Post Pffice likes to hire and that's why they're always in US Congressional Hearings making excuses for All the stupid rules and decisions they come up with. I literally think They get together for a group function and play a game of polish darts vs playing polish archery it's safer and that decides how they waste taxpayers dollars! They have PO Boxes, Mail Drop boxes inside and outside, packages drop boxes in side and outside, passport services, pick up services, mailing supplies, and cards/ gift cards. "Someone took it upon themselves to move their box". No, my mailbox was in that location when I bought my house. I never took it upon myself to move it anywhere. I refuse to bring my mail to be delivered out of that post office because I can't trust it. I highly doubt that any mail that comes through there is treated with any respect. So I cannot with any confidence send packages out through there. I go to peach orchard location if I need anything mailed out. Windsor spring road is by far the worst post office I have ever worked with in my life. I would drive to another county to work with their post office over this one.
