Great experience with America's Finest Carpet Company…read more I called to inquire about getting LVP for my whole downstairs area. I spoke to Robert and he suggested we come into the showroom to look at their extensive inventory. We liked their products and selected a handful of LVPs. We then looked at 2 other companies for quotes and although AFC wasn't the cheapest, it was the mid-range quote and we felt it was reasonable. When Robert came to do measurements, he was very friendly, professional, and thorough. He brought samples of some of the LVPs we selected in their showroom so we were able to see how it would look in our house. What we selected was in stock and they were able to start the job the following week. The process was quick and easy. In addition to having our carpet replaced with LVP, we needed to have our existing tile demolished. The 3-man crew of Angel, Oscar, and Juan arrived promptly on Monday and finished the whole job by Friday afternoon. They were very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond, moving furniture (which was included in the price) and also moved things back and forth per our requests. They also made sure to cover the walls due to the dust the demolition generated. They worked hard every day. We had furniture delivered on the last day (Friday) and they made space for it, as they were not quite done. They were very polite and respectful, treating our home and furniture with great care. I highly recommend AFC to anyone looking to have new flooring. If/when I need my 2nd story floors done, I will return to AFC for the job.

Well I recently ordered a 8 foot walnut butcher block counter top and after placing the order about…read more2 days later I was emailed that the item was on back order. I was not given any other information. So about a month later I had to start calling to try and track it down. I live in San Diego and when placing the order I put shipping location as San Diego. Well sadly it was shipped to San Bernardino, Ca. When calling customer services 844 number I got no where and attempted to reach support for 3 days before accessing a response. I was frustrated and ready to give up. I then called the San Bernardino store directly and spoke with the sales manager, Sonny Chase. Who was true redeemer of good faith and customer services. I was ready to get a refund and find another company. But Sonny told me to trust him and he would figure out a way. Well he was right. We were able to pick our butcher block countertop up from the San Diego store. Prior to speaking to Sonny I would have given Lumber Liquidators 1 star. But Sonny redeemed my faith in the company. So, thank you Sonny for all your help. I feel your company owes you a thank you for keeping a customer from never shopping with your company again.
