Then he shifted the conversation and started talking about giving me a receipt so I could "claim it," which wasn't even what I asked. I repeated my question about the full cost, and he hung up on me again. I honestly don't understand what he was doing. It was a very basic question, and his behavior made me question his professionalism and even his level of understanding. It was unnecessary and extremely unprofessional.

I have been working with UP1 Solar for two (2) years and as of today I still do not have any solar…read moreusage. Let me explain....NES/UP1 Solar approached me about me having solar panels installed on my condo. I wanted to get this done before the mandated deadline to qualify for solar and I did. This was back in 2022. For whatever reason the process never got recorded or established so that was one delay. Then UP1 Solar figured it out and then they came to my home where I took the day off and they installed 14 panels, the wiring, and I even provided them with drinks because of the tedious process. That's where we've been for over a year now. I am not paying for these panels and SDG&E (WTF)! I have been inconvenienced and they even made the first payment of my panel loan. I was told that the City of San Diego was giving UP1 Solar the runaround, and yet I am the one who have had sleepless nights because I had to take out a million dollar insurance policy and of course my property insurance had increased. Right now I should have gone with SunRun, but no....I wanted to give another smaller company my business. Oh yeah did I mentioned they cut holes in home and these holes are still there. I don't want to be jerk, but at this point as a Veteran I feel I need to go over and above now, because this issue has caused me and my family so much heartache it's hard to even speak about. As of today and I would be wiling to revised this critique, but as of now this is the worse company and if I have to eat this loan payment I will, but not before I exhaust every means through the BBB or the Courts! So sad I had to take it here, but no one is responding to me when in fact I have their materials already installed. I think I want them removed at this point because who know if they are really good panels to say the least. I hope Manny R. reads this and call me ASAP! My name is Andre Harris

Disgraceful! The Sunbelt driver parked outside my condo for…read moreover an hour. He constantly is backing vehicles off the truck- so constant beeping. And high pitched squeal every time he turns the truck on and off. I realize he has a job to do- but-guess what, I DO TOO. I went out and asked him how much longer he would be here and he proceeded to ignore me and pretend he can't see me. I explained that I just need a time estimate b/c I have to move all my work calls until he finishes b/c I literally can't hear anything. He looks at me and very condescendingly says: "you go have a nice day". I never asked him to move or turn off the truck. I just needed an estimate of how much longer he will be out there so that I can adjust my schedule. I'm happy to be inconvenienced, but I need to know when to move them to. He just kept pretending that he can't see or hear me. I called the office to get a time estimate and the Manager has mysteriously stepped out of the office and the guy on the phone can't find a record of Sunbelt even being in the area. Outrageous behavior from your employees. And totally disgraceful that the manager refuses to even take a call to just tell me 'how much longer'. Shame on you.

I didn't end up using their rental, but I just wanted to write a review on their service…read more I called them late in the day to try and get a temporary air conditioning unit (so now you know they have that and that there are such things as temporary air conditioning units). I think they gave me a reasonable price (it was less than what I thought it would cost) and could get it out as soon as I filled out the authorization form. Even though we had everything set up to go, I ended up getting an a/c tech out sooner than I thought and they were super nice when I called to cancel. When I offered to pay for an inconvenience, they told me it was no problem. I really appreciate how understanding they were and will definitely keep them in mind for next time.
