The installers, Lee and Keith came on time, worked steadily, were mindful to shut the door and wipe their feet when coming in and out, and were very respectful. They cleaned up everything after they were done, had me do a walk through to make sure I was satisfied and put the furniture back that they moved. Nothing was damaged or broken, and the dust I was expecting to be bad, wasn't at all. From start to finish it only took 2 1/2 hours for a master bedroom and walk in closet, and guest bedroom and closet. The price was incredible and it was definitely worth paying to have the furniture moved as part of the package. I will be absolutely be looking to them when I change out the flooring-if they are even half as good with it as they were with the carpet, I know I'll be taken care of.

You can also go to the showroom and pick out the colors and designs you want. I wish that I had known about CounterSync and solid surface characteristics twenty years ago. I am sick of tile and grout. I am sick of broken or stained tiles and granite surfaces on countertops and in showers. These surfaces are the easiest to maintain you can choose and they can be repaired or polished and made like new if something bad happens. I use in-home resources all the time, and you cannot do better than CounterSync.

There was no steam cleaning this, it was beyond repair. We were so grossed out and seriously needing help! I had reached out to 4 companies, Hardwood Floors and More, Home Depot, Lowes and Legacy Floors. Ultimately we chose Hardwood​ Floors and More. The first ones that came out were Legacy. They were 4 hours late, that was also due to the fact that they completely forgot about my appointment and scrambled to have a guy come out, 4 hours later. He did all the measurements and said we would get a bid the next week. I'm still waiting on that bid, they can keep it. Lowes was better in their service and selection but they were not going to budge at all on price and it was quite a premium. Just seemed like a complete turn off when we were buying a huge amount of their products. Home Depot, worst in-store​ service: After speaking up and showing proof of the time I waited, which was two hours, I showed a receipt of another big appliance purchase, having done that I just walked over and asked for help. The sales guy said, just as soon as I bring this product upfront, I'll come back and you're next. Instead, he chose to help another customer who needed help on vinyl​ flooring, completely ignoring me while I was waiting. I wasted nearly two hours waiting to talk to their sales guy on the sales floor, he got an earful of my agitation​. When it came to selection, the selection was minimal and they were the highest-priced​, by several thousand​ for a carpet​​ that was much more inferior in quality, compared to Lowes or Hardwood Floors and More. Here are my reasons for choosing Hardwood Floors and More: I reached out to Teddy Mosley, an absolute pleasure to work with and his professionalism is top-notch​; he listened with patience and care to my concerns for buying a large amount of carpeting and padding that was going to be high quality but not overpriced. When he came to our home, on time, he was professionally dressed with a wonderful attitude. I warned him of the disgusting carpet and stressed that it wasn't us that did that! Teddy spent a considerable amount of time going through explanations​ of what would be​​ to do. He also looked at our wood floors and made great suggestions on that if we chose to replace the wood as well. When I went to the showroom, he spent a lot of time showing me samples and when I chose one, he insisted I take that and a few others home. I thought I was sure on my selection​ but after I saw them at home, we chose a completely different color. It was his experience and suggestion that helped us make the best choice. Teddy worked with us all the way and when it came to pricing, it was reasonable. Without a doubt, Teddy was the reason we chose Hardwood Floors and More, he is an asset to their company. When it came to installation​, Dan came to install with two other of his helpers. They were professional, friendly and very hardworking, again an absolute pleasure. We spent about $10,000 and most of the stone turned out differently than it looked in their yard once it was cleaned. Next, they did not deliver everything on the scheduled day and did not inform us of this until after they closed for the day. They also were disrespectful and hung up on me; I never personally received an apology. Lastly, their river rock was caked in dirt and you are basically paying partially for dirt. For more detail: 1. Flagstone color: They seemed to try and help us find flagstone that would match our current pool coping: I sent pictures and they took pictures of flagstone with certain colors in their yard. They said they could send the quarry all of the pictures and the quarry would try and send flagstone that would match. Then we got a call saying the quarry couldn't do this. So we were a little frustrated because we wasted time getting all of the pictures together based on what they had told us. We decided to choose what they had in their yard because it looked like it would match. However, once we cleaned it, we realized how dirty it was and misleading color-wise. There are dark grays, black colors and yellow-orange colors that you couldn't see because it was so dirty. They knew what colors we were looking for (tan, brown, and a little copper and gray) and could have let us know that the choctaw is quite different than our current pool coping. They only told us that the choctaw has a different texture than the crab orchard. 2. River rock was extremely dirty: We ordered cougar falls river rock; once we scooped off the top layer, it was caked with dirt. They charge by the ton so part of your cost is literally dirt. We laid it on weed barrier fabric - useless - once you wash all this dirt off, where does it go? It settles on top of the fabric and gives the weeds a place to grow. We also bought some small boulders and are having trouble getting them to clean up. 3. Poor communication on delivery day: About 15 minutes after they closed on a Friday, they left a message that the second truck would not arrive that day. It was left up in the air, maybe a Saturday or Monday delivery, due to a health issue, which we completely sympathize with due to my dad's health issues, but we were surprised that they called at the end of the day after hours to inform us of this. We had no way to call back and explain the difficult situation that this put us in: we had hired help for Saturday morning and had to leave them up in the air too + we rented equipment for $400 for Sat. and Sun. only, not Monday. So, we were a bit worried and frustrated that we weren't called before they closed. 4. Disrespectful by hanging up on me: Then, Sat. morning, Eric interrupted me and hung up on me.  I was bothered, assertive and firm, but I was not rude, cursing or yelling at him. He told my husband, sorry, but not me, and that he hung up on me because he felt we were just beating a dead horse and getting nowhere.  From my perspective, I was trying to plead our case and gain his sympathy to our situation hoping that we would be made a priority for a Sat. delivery due to the circumstances I've mentioned above + we live in a neighborhood with an HOA that would not approve of us leaving 10+ pallets in the street, possibly for days.  I am having to defend myself, but in the end, he should not have hung up on me. Their remedy was no apology to me and no partial refund for any of our issues, except to reduce their restocking fee for 3 pallets of returned river rock. We will not be buying anything else from them and do not recommend them, and would like for them to partially refund us for the flagstone color and rock dirtiness issues.

The tile installers cut into my carpet so deep that it could not be attached back to where it belonged. I called LL Flooring regarding this mess and they sent someone by who said he could have his carpet team stretch my NEW carpet and attach to the little metal strips, uggg. Having no choice, I agreed: a date for the following week was set with an arrival time of 12:30 PM. at noon I received a call saying the installers were running late but would be there by 2:30. At 6 PM no one had shown so I called the guy back, told him it was to late to come since I had dinner plans, he said no worry he would let the guys know and would reschedule with me. At 6:45 I got a notification on my phone that someone was ringing the door bell, I check the doorbell camera and saw 2 guys sitting on my front porch apparn waiting for me although I clearly was not home. I texted the "supervisor" to let him know his guys were at my house an no one was there: He called them and they went away. that was almost a year agar and I have yet to hear from LL Flooring or its installers. My new carpet is now just laying on the floor with nothing holding it in place making it difficult to vacuum and clean. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND using their installers and ama extremely upset with LL FLooring for not resolving this issue, not even a courtesy call to follow up!

Of course their phone says that the number is disconnected. BBB says they do not answer and there is a legal document slapped on their front door. Do I sound angry? Yes I am. I am a retired civil servant and that with SS is my sole source of income - didn't really want to waste it on this.
