From the very first phone call, helping design our patio, and all the way through the completion sealing of our new patio, Tyler was incredibly attentive, professional and genuinely helpful/caring about our project needs. The pricing for our stamped concrete was VERY competitive (I got multiple quotes from local companies) but more importantly we felt like the customer care and service we received was worth far more than what we actually paid. We are extremely pleased with the finished product (stamped concrete patio and broom brushed shed pad.). The team of concrete guys was also very respectful and polite when they showed up. Very punctual and treated our yard and property with respect and care. They cleaned up very well (our home builders team could take a few notes from them...). We HIGHLY recommend Sam and the Concrete Man for all of your concrete needs and give Tyler a resounding 10/10 in all areas! We enjoyed having "Sam The Contractor Man," demolishing and re-constructing our patio. It turned out great. They were timely, caring and professional and followed everything they had talked to and promised us. They even leveled our dirt backyard, which was badly needed, which we were surprised to see it done. Our old concrete was torn up and disposed of and new concrete poured for both our driveway and walkway. The job was done when they said it would and we were informed of what to expect and when. All done at a fair price. The crew worked diligently and professionally and the project manager visited every day to inspect and discuss. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
