Neal was able to contact me as soon as I messaged him. He was able to visit my house, provided a reasonable estimate and scheduled a service. Neal was able to provide sound advice on the amount of lawn irrigation needed (# of times a week and duration of water), and lawn care plan (weed, fertilizer and etc).
