Be aware!! never work with this company, Karry Shaw simply got our deposit money (about $ 3000 ) and after that brought different excuses that his company is closed due to pandemics and lots of other unreasonable excuses to not start the project. Our backyard was home for 3 feet long weeds which made it useless for a good part of last year. Kerry came in, gave a reasonable quote not only for cleaning the mess but also installing pavers, sod, gravel etc. In addition he did awesome job with installing the irrigation with some cool bubblers (one of the best part of his work). And all this work he did it alone for most part in the reasonable time frame. Kerry is the only one asking me to take pictures of exactly what I wanted him done, and later when I decided to go with him, he also sent an invoice detailing all the things I wanted him done on my yard. But Kerry, was able to perfectly complete this job with the lowest price possible and a short period of time. Was in desperate need of some yard service and was crunched for time called JML and talked to Kerry who was very polite and business focused on my situation. Kerry assured me he would have someone at the location but when his employee got injured he stepped up to the plate and showed up himself even earlier then the appointment time, when I drove up to the property he was already pulling weeds and taking care of business. Did a walk through and showed him all the work needed so he explained exactly what he was going to do.
