Told them I needed to see in writing their documents for license/insured/ bonded and quote/ scope before starting work. they started work without presenting any of this. by the time I got home from work - they were wrapping up. 35% coupon came in the mail before they started work and after we agreed upon a price and scope - talking about a two day window here. The coupon is meant to get their foot in the door. from other reviews -looks like they routinely will not honor it. When I presented the coupon - they refused to honor it. Claimed it was "included" in the original quote - absolute lie. Some of the workers were drinking beer while working - high risk work and alcohol not a good mix. The crew arrived and cut and removed 12 trees and failed to prune any limbs. They also modified parts of the yard so they could use a tracked Bobcat to remove waste to the roadway. When they finished on day 2, they failed to repair and reset the altered changes to the property, left a large amount of waste on site and failed to disclose damage to a brick wall in the front of the house. After several phone call, the owner finally returned and promised a cleanup. After 6 weeks, the cleanup team arrived, removed most of the waste, attempted to reset the damages from the Bobcat and again failed to repair or report the damaged courtyard wall to their boss. I have called by phone to 2 different numbers. sent email and mailed a letter by USPS. Russ Marshal, the owner has refused to answer the phone or the emails and has ignored the letter in the mailing. A report of damage to private property has been filed with the Columbia Sheriffs office. Hire this company at your own risk. Never again for me.
