I'm currently TDY on the time of this review…read more But I want to express some frustration by the lack of communication here. I feel like I've been straight forward and respectful of their time. But some communication and transparency would go a long way. I messaged here on July 19th asking for a service for this week of July 27 and another on the week of august 10th. They replied saying "I can get that on my schedule now". Normally, they swing by around Tuesday. so I asked someone to go check, later in the evening, to see if the lawn gets done but it wasn't. No issue with that. Sent another follow up message on yelp asking them to message me when they're on the way. They replied saying Friday which I agreed would be fine. Saturday now rolls around and nothing. Frustration aside, I think what they do well, is that they were quick to respond when asking for a quote on yelp. As well as actually providing lawn care but this lack of communication/transparency is both frustrating and disappointing.

I called the service a few weeks after hurricane Irma hit Georgia. A large tree fell from the neighbors yard onto my Moms property which pulled power lines, crushed her shed, and barely missed her car and new HVAC condenser. All quotes to remove the tree were exorbitant at 2k to cut and dispose of. My Mom is a working senior and unable to afford this. As only child, I couldn't spare this expense either with my current obligations for my Mom and my own family. This service and Bobby were simply a God send!!!

Gave us tons of insights not only on our lawn, but on our solar setup for our camper, and even showed us that a section of our roof was leaking and saved us a huge amount of money. 3. Gave us a great rate. You could tell he was only interested in giving us a fair price, and even gave us tips on how we could save some money on the work. 4. Pressured washed our house as contracted, and then pressure washed our entire back patio for free just because "it looked pretty bad". This is a business that does it exactly right, and is the kind anyone would be lucky to work with.

Out of 5 trees planted, 5 died (or replaced), 3 were refunded, 1 was replaced and 1 was not covered under the guarantee. Even though they planted and watered it incorrectly according to an Aiken Master Gardner Started a fire pit area but forgot to put down weed barrier under the stone (they did offer to scrape the rock and put it under but we decided no. Placed a rock area next to the house but didn't bother to put the steel edging in and when they came back and inserted it it was a mess. It was not straight and went too far past the building. They set up initial watering as we had see, sod and beds. The drip was messed up from the beginning and I believe still has some issues. The Master Gardener could tell the lawn was a swamp. I had complained about it yet received no information regarding changing any watering schedule. At the very last communication he said the watering schedule is the customer's responsibility. I call BS. Not in the first 90 days when you tell me once setup we will tell you what we recommend for watering. Then it becomes the customer's responsibility. We had Benson out for the sod replacement and sprinkler review and they said they had checked all the irrigation. They did not adjust the controller (which was still running per their schedule - 5 days a week, twice a day, 30 minute for sprinklers and an hour for drip. I had complained several times about the swampiness of our backyard. These are not bad people. They want to do well for their customers and themselves. I would recommend they get a business coach to help them through this next phase of their business. At this stage I cannot recommend them. I did provide them with feedback.
