They were very thoughtful about parking and communicating with my neighbors to move their cars too. Only slight feedback I'd give to improve is that they arrived about 2 hours earlier than I expected because they finished a job nearby earlier, but they didn't let me know they were on the way. I'm glad they arrived, but just a heads up would have been helpful in case I wasn't home. Overall, great service and they did a good job!

They came out went right to work and cut the trees down and removed the bushes. When they left they removed all the cuttings and raked the area up. Southern Grind Stump And Tree Removal came out to put eyes on the scope of the work and sent us a quote within 24 hours of us contacting them. The owner was professional and courteous. We did our due diligence and also got quotes from other local companies but in the end we chose to use Southern Grind Stump And Tree Removal because of their professionalism and fair pricing. Because the rain had them backed up (and my yard is a slippery hill), we were scheduled 2 weeks out to have the work done. They kept in contact with me during that time frame to let me know we were still on schedule for that date. On the day they removed the tree they arrived promptly and got to work immediately. I was expecting 1 or 2 trucks but they came with a whole fleet of vehicles, workers, tools and equipment. The job was done thoroughly and without further damage to my fence.
