I came home from vacation to find a VERY large tree in my property had fallen across my new fence…read moreand into the neighbor's backyard. Southern Grind Stump And Tree Removal came out to put eyes on the scope of the work and sent us a quote within 24 hours of us contacting them. The owner was professional and courteous. We did our due diligence and also got quotes from other local companies but in the end we chose to use Southern Grind Stump And Tree Removal because of their professionalism and fair pricing. Because the rain had them backed up (and my yard is a slippery hill), we were scheduled 2 weeks out to have the work done. They kept in contact with me during that time frame to let me know we were still on schedule for that date. On the day they removed the tree they arrived promptly and got to work immediately. I was expecting 1 or 2 trucks but they came with a whole fleet of vehicles, workers, tools and equipment. The job was done thoroughly and without further damage to my fence. They were polite and professional on site. They also did a great job cleaning up all the debris afterward.
