After the hurricane hit, I called him a few days after the hurricane.He ask me to send him pictures of the damage.And I did, and within a few days, he had his men out working once they could get to our home.And fence supplies. It was very quick which surprised me. Several of his men came out.I happened to be at work husband at home.They completed the job. When I came home, this is what I found. They didn't bring the shadow box fence to the ground.And I live on a hill. They placed larger nails than necessary all on the shadow box fence, and the pointed nails stuck an inch into my property everywhere, where my two grandchildren under the age of six play! They built one section of the fence, crooked into my neighbor's yard.And luckily, he hasn't complained about that yet.Hopefully he won't. At some point, apparently foreman had them correct their errors with part of the fence. When I saw the quality of this job, I was horribly disappointed and I called brady. His words were, what do you want me to do about it!! My husband stated they would never step foot on our property again!! I will agree with every other review on this site.Do not hire this company for anything!!! He may have put this fence up quickly. Holes were not filled or baseboards calked before painting. At best I would say fair painters. They tried very hard bit I do not think painting is there strongest. They are a very nice couple and did give me a discount at the end because it took two weeks to do the job.
