It has been a year and I am still cleaning paint off my floors. I was told by Marcus that he always…read moreputs down drop cloths, he didn't use them at all. As a result I have had to deal with cleaning paint off of every floor. I was told that he taped and then caulked edges to make sure of a clean crisp line, again this did not happen. There were multiple places where the space was small between doors, these were not painted at all. In my office where they were old anchors from a curtain rod in the wall he did not remove them but instead painted over them leaving bulging places on my wall. There were multiple places where he did not put enough paint on the wall requiring us to go back and repaint. Also multiple places where wall paint was on the trim which had to be repainted. Then he made a mess of my kitchen cabinets. I paid him a lot of money to paint them. These were painted at the last minute when he was due for another job. Instead of postponing his next job he painted the cabinets and then put them up still wet. We had to go back and do extensive repainting. Had I not been very ill and had noticed how bad the job was I would not have paid him over $11,000 to paint my 2000 sf home. Of course as a professional painter he knew it wasn't a good job and should have done the job right as he was hired to do. Yes I could have called him back and he may have come but frankly after the job he did I did not want him back in my house. Markus over promised and absolutely under delivered.

At all times, arriving was on the time frame given, work accomplished in a timely manner with excellent results. I will not say they are cheap to use. I did that route once only to have a second plumbing company come in to fix what the first plumber did incorrectly and wouldn't come back to fix the problem. So going for the cheapest option is not necessarily saving you money. The prices today are all more than yesterday! Can't help that. But if you're looking for a reliable plumbing company then look no further than Ricky Jay Plumbing Company.

Our toilet started clogging up last night, and even after plunging wouldn't do anything. Fast forward to the morning, we use the shower & other toilets & our washing machine. Apparently the washing machine was the last straw because so much brown stuff poured out of the toilet... use your imagination on that lol. I called around to so many places and most didn't have anything until either a couple days from now or next week, which I totally understand with all the hurricane damage. I called RickyJay and he came almost immediately, we are so thankful for him. Luckily it was a pretty easy fix. We will 1000% be using them from here on out, and they get brownie points for proving a military discount.
