I highly recommend Rick who owns Family Handi-Man. I needed work done and he responded to my call quickly and came out the next day. He is professional, reasonable with his price and gets the job done right. He can do any job except peel wall paper, lol, that's what his response was when I asked. This has been by far one of the worst experiences I've had with someone coming to my home the first appointment we had he was 5 hours late to and now this appointment we set up literally a week in advanced and now he is running 26 minutes late. I feel that with him my time doesn't matter, if you want someone to be on time to your home don't turn to this guy hire a professional. Correction he was 46 minutes late this time I guess and improvement is better read more

Told…read moreit finally became available and that the technician Jimmy B, would be available Wednesday between 2-3 pm which was fine. Got a call from Jimmy Wednesday morning asking if he could come over earlier. No problem! Come on over! Jimmy arrives at 12:20, and removes the temporary lock, and after some adjustment procedure on the new lock, it was installed. Door now locks perfectly, and is back in the original looking condition. The original estimated labor charge was now paid. The process of fixing the Pella French door took longer than expected, only because of getting the needed replacement parts. I don't hold that against Handyman as it was beyond their control. The work done by Jimmy B was first class and yes I would recommend Handyman to those who require that type of service.
