David showed up and was extremely friendly and professional, took care of all of the waste, was mindful and respectful of our property and showed before/after pictures of the work done which was great. Fish Window Cleaning NEVER AGAIN! Had heard okay things…read moreabout Fish, so asked for estimate to clean windows and screens. Fish employee came to house and itemized windows and gave quote for $890. We agreed to price and said we wanted to confirm that it included all windows, screens and outside sills. Estimator with clipboard came back to look at entire house and said if outside "tracks" were included price would be $1140. We agreed (yes, shame on us!). Two window washers showed up, removed all screens, and satisfactorily washed windows inside and out. They said cleaning screens was not included and they would put back screens without cleaning them. We protested. They called Fish office. Office said cleaning screens was not included, but they could wipe off the rims. We protested. Then office said the owner was out of town and no else could make a decision. Then office said they would clean the screens another day. Meanwhile we paid the $1140 and tipped the two window washers expecting them back in a few days to clean the screens. A few days later, two women from the office showed up to look at we are not sure what. They agreed the screens were in need of cleaning and said we could pay to have them do it. More protests from us. They left with no other suggestions. After supposedly consulting with phantom owner, office said they would come back and clean screens in two weeks. On appointed day, they did not come. Rescheduled for Friday afternoon. Friday afternoon office called to say screen cleaner could not come because he was "too dirty" from a prior job. Rescheduled for this morning at 8:30. At 8:26, office called and said "not today" because of emergency in office. Now we are out $1140 and can't see the newly washed windows through the dirty screens. Have been jerked around for three weeks and am done. Fish is unreliable, untruthful., and unresponsive. Customer beware! PS: Three and a half weeks later finally spoke with owner who said that yes, the screens were included in what we paid. Two people arrived to clean the screens.
