"A man's word is his bond". "Deeds not words". From my experience in contracting for (fencing,…read moreaddition built, etc.), these words are not associated with contractors. I completed intense market research through Angie's List, Home Advisor and Google, specifically for a contractor to complete some much-needed landscaping in our front yard and to construct a paver patio in the backyard. Ninety (90%) of the contractors I contacted did not provide a response to my inquiry. Of the ten percent (10%) that did respond, once I communicated what my wife and I wanted done, the job was either too small or the price quoted was outside of our tight budget. I received a timely response from Darnell (Demolition Services LLC) via e-mail, which was followed up with a phone call. Immediately I was impressed with the communication and follow through. I contacted Demolition Services LLC through a google search for landscaping contractors near me. Speaking with Darnell (Demolition Services LLC) over the phone and hearing how he carried himself, my wife and I knew immediately that we located the right person for the job. The same strength of conviction which Darnell conveyed over the phone was matched, if not exceeded by his decisive action in exceeding our expectations for both the front and back yard. Darnell communicated clearly as to when he would arrive and if he was ever late, he would always reach out via text or phone call. You will be hard pressed to find another contractor who works as hard as this man. Darnell collaborated with my wife and I on not only were the most cost-effective options for our budget, but Darnell took a sense of pride and ownership to ensure the finished product was something he would have at his own house. My wife and I are so appreciative of the work completed by Darnell and give Demolition Services LLC our highest recommendation. If you're searching for a reliable contractor who can and will perform the work at a fair and reasonable price, I highly encourage you to contact Darnell today at (803) 553-8453 or via e-mail at arnellday@yahoo.com. Should you like to hear more about the work Darnell completed for my family, my name is Joseph Locke, I live in Lugoff, SC (Saddlebrook Subdivision) and I can be reached at 803-549-6282. Should you contact me, and I not answer the phone, I ask that you leave a (voice/text) message please.
