This was our second time hiring Veterans Pressure Washing to work on our home, and they impressed us again! The first time, we had them pressure wash just the back patio. This time, we expanded the scope to include the house, back patio, garage, and carport. Jamie, the estimator, was fantastic. He was polite, informative, and thorough, giving us all the details we needed to make our decision. He played a big part in why we chose Veterans Pressure Washing not once, but twice. Initially, we thought it would take more than a day to complete the job, considering we have a large 4,500 sq ft house along with a garage and carport. We were scheduled for a 12:00-4:00 pm time slot, but Ricky showed up early at 9:00 am, which was a pleasant surprise. He confidently assured us that he could finish the work in one day, and he delivered on that promise! Our house was long overdue for a pressure wash, especially since we're preparing to paint it. Ricky used a soft wash with a cleaning solvent, which worked wonders on our cool coat paint by the pool. It's great because it keeps the patio cleaner for much longer and removes grime effortlessly. Ricky did an outstanding job all by himself, working tirelessly from 9:00 am until about 6:30 pm. That's a long day, but he didn't slow down for a moment! He was polite, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. Now, our house looks so clean and bright--it's like new! We're definitely sticking with Veterans Pressure Washing for any future needs. I wanted to give this company a try because of the good reviews. I had the worst experience. They showed up to do the scheduled pressure washing. They basically "hosed down" my house and left streaks everywhere. When I wiped what they supposedly cleaned, the rag was black with dirt and streaks of yellow pollen. I paid extra for window washing and there were streaks all down the windows. The windows actually looked worse than before they worked on them. This was before the Masters, and we had renters coming in 2 days. I called them to come back and they sent someone out to squeegee the windows on the lower level and hose the house off again. After the Masters they said they would come back and re-do the power wash on the home and re-do the windows properly. A crew was scheduled for May 5th. A crew showed up a week prior (not on the appointment day). That's fine, I let them go ahead and do what they needed to do. The crew asked me what they were supposed to do for me. They did not know what they were there for. I said it was my understanding that they were to do a full house power wash and the windows. They did, but when they pulled down the plastic taped over the front door to protect it during the power wash they pulled paint off my house. My house had just been freshly painted only 5 months prior. They offered to come back and re-paint the spot where they pulled the paint off, but I honestly don't want them touching my house again for any reason whatsoever. The crew was friendly, but they were daftly incompetent.The worst. Avoid using this company. The worst part is I kept getting numerous text messages to review them. Well, here you go. read more

Just had an awesome crew from Veterans take care of my home. They arrived and had the job underway right on the scheduled appointment time. The work was very thorough and the house, driveway, walkway and curb look SUPER. The treatment they did on the gutters makes them look like new. Nice and bright white again. Great value for the quality of service provided. Crew was extremely professional and friendly. Follow up after the job was just another sign of the outstanding customer service Veterans provides. Substandard work and very poor customer service. We contracted with this company to pressure wash our home, driveway, and roof. They came out on May 27, 2022. We arrived home when they were "completing" their work. The two workers showed us where they had damaged the moulding around our front door when they had taped it. There were very large areas where the paint had bubbled under the taping job, and in some areas it had been stripped off. They said they would tell their office and a painter would come out. They did not tell anyone. Later, as we were looking around the house, we noticed that the large eyebrow over the front windows to our garage had not been cleaned. The eyebrow is an area of metal roofing that has a dimension of approximately 60 square feet, so it would not be considered a "touch up". We called about this the next week and they sent someone out to clean it. The area remained the same after the visit, so we called again. This time, two weeks after the initial visit, the manager came out and cleaned the eyebrow. One of us had to take off a day from work to be here for him. We also showed him the area around the door and that is when we learned no one had reported the damage. So, he set up a painter to come out and repair the damage. The painter came out and apparently looked at it and we never had any follow up. Two weeks later we contacted Veterans again about the damage to our front door. The painter returned and basically removed the areas where the paint was bubbled; spackled over those areas; and then brush painted just the areas where the bubbles had been--new paint brushed in the middle of areas that had been painted by roller 3 years previously, completed on June 29, 2022--over a month from the initial visit. We sent the owner an email expressing our displeasure and received a defensive email telling us that they had responded to our every request in a timely manner. They performed substandard work; damaged our property; have employees who do not report damage; subcontract out to subpar painters; and have absolutely no clue what customer service is. We paid almost $2,500 for this sham. Please avoid this company. They will never return to our home. We should have paid the higher price that Megah had quoted. read more

Fantastic job! Arrived on time and they even removed a stain from the deck I thought we'd never get off. As far as value this is the most expensive pressure washing we've ever paid for. We last had it done 4 years ago by another company. Times are changing. Quality work is our reward but next time we will look for a business that offered a Senior Citizens discount. They do offer a discount for military discount. They are a Veteran Owned business which is why we picked them we believe in supporting our military! read more

Visited the booth at the Home show and set an appointment for 8AM. Received a voicemail three days later stating they did not have my address (which I put on the contact form at the show). Called back immediately and confirmed address. On appointment day, waited until 8:30 am and called when nobody showed up. Was told they left a message stating they did not have my address. I informed Danielle (office manager) that I returned their message days ago and gave them the address. Danielle stated, "that wasn't me" and, I gave her the address again. She stated someone would be out within 15 minutes and I accepted that appointment. Received another call 5 minutes later and was told that my salesperson "Jamie" was tied up at a doctor appointment and would not arrive until 9:30 AM. At that time, I canceled the appointment. Very unorganized and unprofessional. By the way, never heard the words "I'm sorry or, I apologize". read more
