If I could give this company 0 stars I would. :-( I contracted with Deb to clean my home. On the day she and her crew were to come to my home to do the job, we waited ... and we waited...and then waiting some more. As a matter of fact, we are still waiting! We tried to reach her via text and by calling her cell phone. To no avail. To this date, we have not received a phone call back, a note, NOTHING offering an explanation as to why she did not come to her appointment. Deb and her husband did a great job! I hired them to do a deep clean before we moved into my new house. Everything was done up to par. The house and windows looked great when they were done! I also had them bring in someone to clean the carpet. Bathrooms were also very clean. My only small complaint was the floors were not cleaned other than a vacuum. We steamed the tile using a hand held steam cleaner and the pads were very dirty. But that being said the house was done very well. I would definitely use Deb again to clean my place. Very personable, but unreliable. The cleaning wasn't worth the money the first time, so I hadn't called for months. But finding a housekeeper who actually shows when they say they will is nigh impossible, so I figured I'd spend the extra money just to get someone to show. Didn't make a difference..surpriiiise. Called to set up an appointment for an estimate. Deb said that she would be by in an hour. An hour passed and no Deb. I called to make sure that she had the right address - phone rang and then went to voice mail and I left a message for her to call me because I was waiting at the house for her. Called 10 minutes later - this time straight to voice mail and left message that I would not need her services anymore. I'm was so impressed with Deb. We moved into the dirtiest house I've ever seen. Deb did an emergency deep clean. She showed up the next day even though she was booked.They popped out all 30 windows, washed the screens and glass, cleaned out the drains and the air filters. We hired Deb and hear team to do a deep cleaning since we were vacating our place after 6 years. Deb came over and did a pre-inspection and provided me a very reasonable quote for the cleanup. She and her team arrived and worked for over 4 hour in our two story, 4 bed, 3 bath, 2,100 sq foot home. She cleaned everything from top to bottom. Behind the appliances, the doors, the shelves..etc. I cleaned the windows myself, however they clean windows too. I called at 4pm on a Friday hoping I could get a cleaning last minute for a next day cleaning. Not only did they come by an hour later, but they also gave me an affordable quote for next day service! Life saver! Even showed up early for the Saturday appointment! Cleaning was good but after a deeper "review" I noticed a few missed spots. You cannot go wrong with Deb's Dream Clean. I have a finicky schedule and they work with my schedule every single time. I have had many housecleaners over the years and was unsure who to go with as we recently moved to this area. I tried a few out, same cleaning as I've received before. I decided to try Deb's and their service is at a much higher level than a traditional housecleaning. They will clean things you never even knew existed. When speaking with the company and seeing the result of my neighbor's house I was happy to know that I was going to be hiring a cleaning company that took time, effort and pride in their work. I however feel like I am getting the exact opposite! I feel that everything was rushed, the kitchen feels rushed and incomplete which is a big thing for me as this is one of my main areas of the house. Screens were left off the windows. However, the biggest problem is the stain that was left from a cleaner on my counter top. After several attempts to get any form of communication from the company to come out and fix the counter top I am still left with a stain. They finally came out to access the problem and have tried both a deep cleaner and acetone (nail polish remover) both of which did not work. The last time we communicated they brought a contractor which brought a little bit of hope as they said they would have no problem getting our counter top fixed. We have tried for several weeks to get a hold of both the cleaning company and the contractor and still nothing. It is very frustrating and disappointing that we even have to go through something like this as especially now that the holidays are rapidly approaching. My counter is damaged and I now have to find a way to get it fixed. Something should have been put down to protect the counter top. It is very disappointing and frustrating. A company should stand behind their work both good and bad and do everything they can to make it right when something goes wrong! read more
