During the installation around my Jacuzzi spa tub, they jacked up the tub to the point where they broke all the jets on the sides of the tub. Didn't know until after I paid and finished the project to find all the jets broken and leaking. When I called to complain, they took no responsibility and blamed the tile contractor who didn't do anything in jacking up tub and installing the granite. But they promised to have supervisor call me...no call. When I called again and asked to speak with Carl, they said he is an absentee owner. ( Guess he makes so much money he has retired and lets the clowns run the business). Im tired of people from the whitehouse to the local granite company blaming other people. I was left with a $1000 of repair bills for their horrible installation. Cant and won't recommend!!!

I didn't realize fence repair and replacement was another service they offer. Completely repaired and a brand new gate in hours. They came out and did a quick assessment and had the pricing ready in different price packages that I could mix and match. The difference is the discount you get based in what you want done. I needed gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation, roof debris removal, and home soft wash. It was 20% off the full pricing of getting each done individually. The process was quick and they did a good job with noticeable difference afterwards. No more green algae in the side of the house and the gutter guards have worked really well. I don't have a ton of experience with this stuff but I felt the pricing was fair. I've already recommended to a couple of friends. They are professional and courteous, stand by their product and work.
