I had used Augusta Granite in the past when Carl the owner was still running the company. So,…read morerecently I hired them to install granite in my bathroom. During the installation around my Jacuzzi spa tub, they jacked up the tub to the point where they broke all the jets on the sides of the tub. Didn't know until after I paid and finished the project to find all the jets broken and leaking. When I called to complain, they took no responsibility and blamed the tile contractor who didn't do anything in jacking up tub and installing the granite. But they promised to have supervisor call me...no call. When I called again and asked to speak with Carl, they said he is an absentee owner. ( Guess he makes so much money he has retired and lets the clowns run the business). Im tired of people from the whitehouse to the local granite company blaming other people. I was left with a $1000 of repair bills for their horrible installation. Cant and won't recommend!!!
