They stayed engaged and helped get everything corrected to a point which we're very comfortable. The biggest improvement was under our first-floor stone shower. They replaced improperly installed jacks with a much better support setup, and just as importantly, they removed and replaced a torn vapor barrier with a clean, properly installed one. The difference is night and day. They were responsive, professional, and focused on getting it right, not just getting it done. That kind of accountability is hard to find these days.
