I got an estimate for a fence repair in December. I was told it would be completed Master's Week…read more A week before the planned start date, I added more to the project. I was told repeatedly that my project was "coming up on the schedule", but never given a new date. It got completed yesterday finally, 6 weeks after the promised date, but not without repeated attempts at communication with them about scheduling - unanswered voicemails, emails, and texts. In addition, I got multiple requests to pay the balance of the invoice before work was even started, despite the original agreement that the full amount wasn't due until completion. I then noticed a late fee tacked onto the invoice, despite the fact that the project hadn't even started. In the end, the work done was fine, but beware of their poor communication, and billing practices.

Side note (I'm not fat shaming or old shaming!!!! But a much MUCH larger much older gentleman has no business going up a ladder into my attic that has no support and he could barely breath. And didn't even make it up there). he comes in my door with at least an 8 foot ladder and says "I'll do my best not to mess up the walls". I laughed a bit and said "please and Thankyou. We just had them all painted." SIKE! At least 10 spots on my wall that the paint is chipped off, dented, or scuffed. He didn't not even apologize or acknowledge that he messed them up AT ALL. I brushed it off because when I lose it I LOSE IT! Took a deep breath and trucked on. I was telling him about another company that came out and quoted me and he proceeded to tell me he couldn't come near that price but their company was better. That's fine. Everyone thinks they are the best. That's business. Understandable. He kept going and I kept my mouth shut about the walls for as long as I could. He goes outside to look at the roof and said he had to meet up with a coworker later and he would give me a call. At this point I want him gone now! So I was very short but remained polite and told him to have a good day. I'll be in touch. So I go inside and go about my day. I'm sitting on my couch and here he goes walking by my window measuring my house. Then I lost it. I opened my door and said I don't want your business please leave! He laughed. I slammed the door. 3 minutes later he calls me. I answered and hung up and told him to leave my property now or I would make him come inside and fix my walls (I have paint). He finally left and I called my mother and explained everything. She was even more mad then me so she called the company. She said they were very apologetic and would fix the damage. She told me that they would call me ina few minutes and ask some questions etc. THEY NEVER CALLED . SO.... if you want more damage done to your house then what you called them to fix by all means call them. If not Young's roofing or Crosby is a safe bet. Didn't have any issues with their quote at all. Sorry for all the grammatical errors and what not. I'm upset. We just got our dream home with some minor fixes needed. And now we have more. YAY UPDATE: my husband decided to call them after they didn't return our call as promised. He stated that if I wanted them to come out and fix the damage, I started out on the wrong foot by writing this review.... ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I STARTED OUT ON THE WRONG FOOT?!?! So we hung up. Words can not describe my emotions right now. UPDATE #2. They called back. They want to resolve the issue. Great. That's awesome. But he kept mentioning this review and how he didn't want it here. So do they want it fixed for us? Or fixed for their reputation? Who knows??? Well on the phone my husband was asked "if we fix the damage will you consider changing/removing this review" THERES YOUR ANSWER........ we will be fixing it ourselves. It's not like it's an expensive or hard fix. No need to hire the original painters to come fix it. It can be fixed with paint and spackle. But that's besides the point. It's the integrity behind it or lack there of. So to the workers reading this. Don't bother calling us again... we don't want your business or your damage control. Here's my final review. And here it shall stay. My recommendation is work on your choice of wording when speaking to a customer, especially in a instance like this. OMG WHAT A BLESSING! CALL SOMEONE ELSE FOR YOUR NEEDS. I CANT ADVERTISE THE BUSINESS HERE OR THEY CAN REPORT THE REVIEW. THEY CAME OUT ALREADY. SAME DAY. AND TEMPORARILY FIXED THE LEAKING PIPE BOOT UNTIL IT DRIES AND CAN BE FULLY FIXED/REPLACED. Gerald the owner started the process by giving false information to the City of Aiken permit department. Gave wrond building definitions and omitted multiple major structure details from the permit request all together. Automatic roll up door, plumbing details, stairwell, attic decking for storage There was no actual work done at my home as agreed, no materials delivered, he then refused to work under our original contract without $6,000 in additional funds prior to stepping foot on my property tondona single day worth of work. Let's not forget to mention that the demand for additional money was for slab work that was included in the contract. He tried to be slick and I didn't allow it. Later he stated a partial refund was in process. Never gave refund. It is approaching 300 days since he took my money with a smile on his face and then turned in my opinion as what I would best describe as a very spoiled toddler. Tantrums included. I know from my experience that this guy told me what I wanted to hear and flipped his personality after he had my money. This is my personal experience with Gerald and does not reflect how he has treated mutliple other customers that have alleged accounts of his personnal and business behaviors being similar in nature. My situation does not mean that he would treat potential customers the same in the future. What im saying is this.. if it looks like a duck and it quacks like a duck, its a good idea not to feed that duck any of your . Gerald is human he doenst quack so ducks are irrelevant. I had to contact him to try to get a quote. He called me on a Saturday night and then I never heard from him again for another week. He finally sent me a quote, which wasn't what I even wanted. Asked me to call him the next day. I called him the next day our call got disconnected and he texted me and told me he would call me when he got better service..three days later came, never heard from him until I gave him a bad review. Please don't use this business. It's been three weeks and they're very bad in communication.

Hired to clear about an acre of land, plant grass, and add sprinklers. Left Stumps hidden in…read moreground, sprinkler system broken in 4 places, didnt level ground, and hid it all under hay for the grass that he planted. Before job, he told me he was bonded and insured. During his work he destroyed my septic drain field. The septic drain field had to be replaced, which cost me $4000 dollars after his damages. I took CRSA landscaping to small claims court to help pay for some of this huge damage. CRSA landscaping was ordered by the court to pay me 1500$ to help with damages. Now CRSA landscape and design does not respond to messages, and has not sent any payment for over 4 months now since the court verdict. Very dishonest owner. Beware... you will be left on your own if there are ANY problems. And the quality of the work was horrendous, and the entire job had to be redone by a professional. First picture, you can see the actual owner standing on a part of my septic drain field that he damaged. other pictures show grass growth months after he planted it, and huge ruts in the ground where he did not fill in holes from the sprinker system. Other picture shows my septic water draining out of the ground from his damage. Beware! Lies about being insured, and does not stand by work. Owner will not even pay court ordered recompense.

Overspray landed in the pool--leaving a dark oily sheen on the water and black stains on the pool walls. Workers had to return the next day to clean up their mess. They also skipped the bottom 4-5 inches of the fence where it meets the grass, so the finish is incomplete. When I reached out to discuss these issues, they ignored me completely.
