Todd was busy on a project, so he said that his brother Barry would call me later that day by 3:00 PM. It was a nice surprise that Barry contacted me before then. He asked me to take a picture of my kitchen that needed a new backsplash. I texted it to him, then he called me back to discuss it. I needed the backsplash removed so he could install new glass subway tiles. He quoted me a price & I agreed. We also set a probable installation date. He came on time, 7:30 AM though he lives 90 minutes away- impressive punctuality!! He shook our hands, then started work. Barry immediately laid down sheets to protect my floors from the entrance to my kitchen. He was courteous, calm, professional & meticulous. Barry covered my countertops and carefully chipped off my old backsplash. He bagged the big pieces as he worked, then swept & vacuumed after removing all of the old backsplash. By 1:30 PM. I had a beautiful coastal looking backsplash for my kitchen. The shimmer is elegant and therapeutic. It has become the focal point and inspiration to paint my top & bottom cabinets white with a hue of pale blue/gray. It has elevated the aesthetic of my kitchen. It's simply a piece of artwork!!! During the first month, I had to track him down a couple of times to get the property serviced. I told him I was uncomfortable with signing a contract, so we agreed that I would be a monthly customer. With this agreement, I paid him for the months of April and May 2026. He serviced the property on 5 May 2026 and never returned. I had to constantly reach out to ask him when he would be servicing the property, although he repeatedly gave his word, he never kept it. All that I got was flaky BS excuse after flaky BS excuse. Since he still owed me one more service before the end of the month, I intended to let him finish the month out, then terminate his services. No one should ever need to spend time chasing down someone to do work they were paid to do. After all, time can be wasted without spending one dime, and we can all get angry for free. Then he actually had the UNMITIGATED GALL TO SEND ME AN INVOICE FOR JUNE!!!!! When I requested a refund because he only serviced the property once in May, he became rude and confrontational as though I had no right to expect him to keep his word or to receive service I paid for. Initially, I thought I was only due a refund of $82.50 for the fourth service. But going through the messages to create this review, I realized that I paid him for four services, yet only received one. Therefore, he owes me a refund of $244.50. I'm going to take him to Small Claims court because he cannot be trusted to tell the truth. I'm also reporting him to the State Licensing authority regarding his dishonest behavior. The issue is not the small amount of money. It's the principle of him thinking he get away with stealing my money, then tell me to shut up about it. That's got my blood a-boiling. The screenshots are not AI or otherwise falsified. They were screenshots of a real conversation - which I will be bringing to court.

Had an issue with my insurance company and a scheduling conflict and told them I would call and schedule one it was resolved. Called in March to schedule a date and have been ignored for over a month. They only have one scheduler (Patrick) for all locations and could not even bother with a call back to schedule a time in the future despite multiple calls from me to the office. Hate to see this from a supposed reputable company. Also see on Google Reviews they are using their own employees to leave reviews.
