Had an issue with my insurance company and a scheduling conflict and told them I would call and schedule one it was resolved. Called in March to schedule a date and have been ignored for over a month. They only have one scheduler (Patrick) for all locations and could not even bother with a call back to schedule a time in the future despite multiple calls from me to the office. Hate to see this from a supposed reputable company. Also see on Google Reviews they are using their own employees to leave reviews.

When we did contact them after a month after estimate, we were told that the material they needed for the job had not even been ordered. We requested a start time and the reply was " I'll contact the workers in the am. We had been promised that today work would start. No one has contacted or showed up today. This is a poor excuse for a company. I cannot believe they are professionals performing work this way. We are disgusted with their inapt ability to perform a job in a timely manner and correspondence with home owners. I plan to contact the BBB of Aiken, Angie's list if they are a member, and any person requesting a recommendation for the work they perform.
