Initially excuses were made due to weather....now Jason does not answer the phone, return calls, or text messages. Jason's phone number goes directly into voicemail. When my parents call the office number (706-535-8961....registered to Jessica A.), a lady answers the phone...supposedly, Jason lives with her....She said she would relay messages to Jason.....Still no call backs. Better Business Bureau will be contacted, Richmond County Chamber of Commerce, and Richmond County police to file a report.......Ring video has footage of Jason while he was at house doing quote and getting paid (currently are considering posting photo of Jason taking advantage of elderly couple)....It appears they live in Hephzibah, Ga.

Patriot Fence "Installed" my fence the end of May 1st part of June this year. 2024…read more Patriot Fence cuts corners on their Fence construction as does not stand by their work. They "Installed" a Chain link fence with porous fabric privacy screen. per. the contract which they dispute. I can show copies of the contract on this review if allowed. However, The contract clearly states the ALL POSTS WILL be "SET" in 4000psi concrete. (I emphasize "Set" as they is not what they did per contract. since the fence was supposed to be six feet high according to the contract. Fence Height Post Depth Standards. 7-ft 42″ 6-ft 36″ 5-ft 32″ 4-ft 24″ 3-ft 18″ What they actually did was drive the posts to 1/4 of the post depth which should have been at least a 1/3. And used about a third of a bag of concrete for each post. Which means I am I. The belief that my posts were at least in 2 feet of cement. Driving a pole in softer soil conditions and merely adding maybe 6 inches of concrete almost every post from that fence after the storm was pushed over. Not bent or broken except for one after I tried to stand it up. After numerous emails back and forth with them saying they did it per contract. Which is clearly wrong. They came out to "look at the fence". They came In adversarial not knowing I could hear them from my window talking about they are going to prove I'm wrong. I finally had to kick them off my property. I have documents and a reputable contractor who is giving me an estimate for repairs and also agrees they are in breach of contract. Not to mention during the installation in June the routinely left for multiple hours at a time. I am still finding chain link fence pieces in my yard months later after the installation they were too lazy to clean up. Bottom line. if you decide to let them do a fence for you. Buyer Beware! Not only do I believe they should move to a different line of construction. I also very firmly believe they Should remove "Patriot" from their company name. The Word Patriot denotes a strong work ethic among other things like valor. I am Disabled Combat Veteran of 30 Years of Service in the Marine Corps. Reaching the top Enlisted rank of Sergeant Major. I only add that so you can understand the length this company will cut corners and take advantage of Even Veterans. Patriot? I think not. Don't get me wrong. This company has also accused me of Blackmailing them into fixing my fence for free. And even went so far as to say. Look we will cover your deductible. which I informed them was $2000. With blinking an eye new they were going to basically Charge the full installation estimate. In my opinion trying to also get me to commit Insurance Fraud. I know this was long but I wanted to ensure I included as much as possible in this review. If anyone who is thinking about using them. I can provide more details and documents on request. STAY far away from this Company!!
