Concrete slab scammers…read more Fair warning to anybody considering hiring Tee Rickerson T.L. Contractors, Don't do it. Hired them to install a 30'x30' concrete slab for a metal building and was a nightmare from day 1. Evidently they can't even read a tape measure. Slab is 18" off square, not a level spot on it, and 3 weeks later had 2 sticks pop up causing deep holes in it. Asked him to correct these issues, was told 3 times when he would be here to fix ,all no shows. Asked for partial refund to pay someone else to repair and he blocked me. Takes a real p.o.s. To do this to a disabled person living on a limited budget who scrimped and saved to have this job done. Do not hire unless you want to be screwed. The pictures say it all !!!!!!

I got an estimate for a fence repair in December. I was told it would be completed Master's Week…read more A week before the planned start date, I added more to the project. I was told repeatedly that my project was "coming up on the schedule", but never given a new date. It got completed yesterday finally, 6 weeks after the promised date, but not without repeated attempts at communication with them about scheduling - unanswered voicemails, emails, and texts. In addition, I got multiple requests to pay the balance of the invoice before work was even started, despite the original agreement that the full amount wasn't due until completion. I then noticed a late fee tacked onto the invoice, despite the fact that the project hadn't even started. In the end, the work done was fine, but beware of their poor communication, and billing practices.

They "Installed" a Chain link fence with porous fabric privacy screen. per. the contract which they dispute. I can show copies of the contract on this review if allowed. However, The contract clearly states the ALL POSTS WILL be "SET" in 4000psi concrete. (I emphasize "Set" as they is not what they did per contract. since the fence was supposed to be six feet high according to the contract. Fence Height Post Depth Standards. 7-ft 42″ 6-ft 36″ 5-ft 32″ 4-ft 24″ 3-ft 18″ What they actually did was drive the posts to 1/4 of the post depth which should have been at least a 1/3. And used about a third of a bag of concrete for each post. Which means I am I. The belief that my posts were at least in 2 feet of cement. Driving a pole in softer soil conditions and merely adding maybe 6 inches of concrete almost every post from that fence after the storm was pushed over. Not bent or broken except for one after I tried to stand it up. After numerous emails back and forth with them saying they did it per contract. Which is clearly wrong. They came out to "look at the fence". They came In adversarial not knowing I could hear them from my window talking about they are going to prove I'm wrong. I finally had to kick them off my property. I have documents and a reputable contractor who is giving me an estimate for repairs and also agrees they are in breach of contract. Not to mention during the installation in June the routinely left for multiple hours at a time. I am still finding chain link fence pieces in my yard months later after the installation they were too lazy to clean up. Bottom line. if you decide to let them do a fence for you. Buyer Beware! Not only do I believe they should move to a different line of construction. I also very firmly believe they Should remove "Patriot" from their company name. The Word Patriot denotes a strong work ethic among other things like valor. I am Disabled Combat Veteran of 30 Years of Service in the Marine Corps. Reaching the top Enlisted rank of Sergeant Major. I only add that so you can understand the length this company will cut corners and take advantage of Even Veterans. Patriot? I think not. Don't get me wrong. This company has also accused me of Blackmailing them into fixing my fence for free. And even went so far as to say. Look we will cover your deductible. which I informed them was $2000. With blinking an eye new they were going to basically Charge the full installation estimate. In my opinion trying to also get me to commit Insurance Fraud. Deposit was made and the problem is it has seemed next to impossible to resolve this. I have been told several excuses and misrepresentations on how this would be settled. From refunded to my card account to dropping off a check at my premises. Neither has happened. Now I cannot get a response to the emails I sent nor the messages I have left. This has been very unsetting and seems to be a con to keep my money. This is the opinion I have been left with after so many disappointments.

Overspray landed in the pool--leaving a dark oily sheen on the water and black stains on the pool walls. Workers had to return the next day to clean up their mess. They also skipped the bottom 4-5 inches of the fence where it meets the grass, so the finish is incomplete. When I reached out to discuss these issues, they ignored me completely. Unprofessional work and poor communication.
