I got an estimate for a fence repair in December. I was told it would be completed Master's Week…read more A week before the planned start date, I added more to the project. I was told repeatedly that my project was "coming up on the schedule", but never given a new date. It got completed yesterday finally, 6 weeks after the promised date, but not without repeated attempts at communication with them about scheduling - unanswered voicemails, emails, and texts. In addition, I got multiple requests to pay the balance of the invoice before work was even started, despite the original agreement that the full amount wasn't due until completion. I then noticed a late fee tacked onto the invoice, despite the fact that the project hadn't even started. In the end, the work done was fine, but beware of their poor communication, and billing practices.

Warning Warning Warning....Do not do business with Jason or this company........My elderly parents…read morepaid "Jason" from Kountry Boy Fence deposit money up front....He offered them a discount if they paid with cash. 2 months later, Kountry Boy Fence still has not showed up to do any work. Initially excuses were made due to weather....now Jason does not answer the phone, return calls, or text messages. Jason's phone number goes directly into voicemail. When my parents call the office number (706-535-8961....registered to Jessica A.), a lady answers the phone...supposedly, Jason lives with her....She said she would relay messages to Jason.....Still no call backs. Better Business Bureau will be contacted, Richmond County Chamber of Commerce, and Richmond County police to file a report.......Ring video has footage of Jason while he was at house doing quote and getting paid (currently are considering posting photo of Jason taking advantage of elderly couple)....It appears they live in Hephzibah, Ga.

Yes, we had some minor adjustments to address but they were able to provide options and see it through. In just about 8 days my entire project was fenced exactly as I imagined. They will be returning to install my custom gates soon. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely use Legacy fence for all of my future fencing needs.

Legacy did a 4-rail fence with horse wire (to keep out the armadillas). The fence is great and so…read morefar very well built. I did have to add filler in some places that had gaps due to the uneven ground. No attempt was made to remedy the low spots (like bury the horse wire a little at the post) so I had to fix this myself. The double drive through gate was a FAIL. The ground was slightly sloped up to the west end of the gate. The west gate was built not square and the hinges not plumb to try to match up the 2 gates, which caused that side to sag dramatically (approx 5-6 inches) over time and bend the auto opener arm (east gate stayed perfectly level). I tolerated the crooked gate for a while but when the gate eventually would not operate due to west gate hitting the ground (on the down slope!) I requested that Legacy come back and rebuild the gate properly. They said it would be 3 weeks and that I would have to pay for them to come fix it. I rebuilt it myself!
