You can match the colors you want and the price you want to pay. They send a wonderful person to you to measure and show you the options. You can also go to the showroom and pick out the colors and designs you want. I wish that I had known about CounterSync and solid surface characteristics twenty years ago. I am sick of tile and grout. I am sick of broken or stained tiles and granite surfaces on countertops and in showers. These surfaces are the easiest to maintain you can choose and they can be repaired or polished and made like new if something bad happens. I use in-home resources all the time, and you cannot do better than CounterSync.

I don't think they work for commission, but they really could have fooled me. Sofia, the associate helping me, sold the crap out of their frying pans and convinced me to buy 2. To be fair, she didn't really have to twist my arm. I have a soft spot for kitchenware. However, I wanted one that was bigger than the one they had in store. Luckily for me, not really because I have no money, she ordered it online, and let me use my 20% off coupon in store and online. She also waived the shipping, so now I wait for my pans to arrive on November 6! In the mean time, I will enjoy the woodwick candles I purchased for 4$ on clearance. do not buy here. the staff is incompetent. i received a doa uline ice maker after spending…read more$65,000 in appliances. well actually first they lost one of my ice makers so i had no ice maker. simultaneously also had a broken wall oven door with a repair happening 8 motnhs later as they forgot tp order that piece. we moved in and turned appliances on in march 2023. i have been calling since april of 2023 as the ice maker is full of water and still have no replacement. i was told i needed a repir but the unit is also full of mold for the past two months. i did not get replacement parts which i later refused to accept when tehy didn't come but i also never got the replacement unit i was promised over two months ago now. shari and joel are a total joke. buy elsewhere. you can get better customer service from anywhere and i repeat anywhere else. i have been waiting 7 months for this problem to be rectified. my builder also told me he had a nightmare with one of his own appliances needing repair and that "joel used to be good" go online and save yourself the headache. i did have some damage with an online appliance purchase which was resolved immediately by someone over the phone from another company who actually cared about their customer service. oh yeah and i am yelling in caps. i am furious!

I would check with other local companies like A&D, Kirklands and Hardwood Floors and more. We've used all of them for work over the years and had better experiences with the work and management.

I hired David and Matthew to do some repairs for my 1933 cottage home. When it came to replacing…read morerailings and repairing my textured ceiling/roof, they did a fine job. I paid them to paint as well.. and that was the biggest mistake I made. I will say I was naive enough to pay them upfront because they kept asking for money and saying they needed more. I had already paid half and they were not even halfway done with the work.. but I decided to pay them the other half before going out of town (also naive of me). They actually did complete painting the ceilings and repairing the roof, but they decided to paint my trim a tan high gloss color because they said it needed to be oil-based and they bought their own paint that didn't match the paint I chose (ultra white, semigloss). Not only that, but they painted it with two different colors. It was very uneven on the baseboards in one room. The doors did not match the doorways.. and they didn't even paint my bedroom or bathroom. They painted the crown molding with ceiling white. They didn't replace my crawlspace doors either. And they kept adding on more money and saying different things like "the windows weren't included in that estimate". DO NOT PAY THEM UPFRONT and DON'T PAY THEM TO PAINT. Their horrible uneven paint job costed me a couple thousand dollars to repair. They did not complete the work I paid them to do and gave me the run around for four weeks and still never came back to fix the work. I ended up hiring another painter to repaint practically my entire house while in the middle of moving. It was so stressful and they honestly can't be trusted.

She wanted to buy so much but settled on a few things. They also have a rewards program where you get so much off of a purchase when you buy frequently. I needed to make a repair at the doorway that was widened to accommodate wheelchair access from the master bedroom to the master bath. Merit's representative, Isaiah Parham and I agreed to repair carpet taking swatch from my master bedroom closet that would match existing carpet. In addition I had 1 piece of laminate flooring that bubbled on the surface needing replacement. I had extra laminate for that repair. I subsequently was quoted $800 to make the repairs. This, in my personal opinion, is a very outrageous price given it should only take 1 hour max to make both repairs. Due the lack of good faith in providing reasonable pricing for this repair, I would never ever recommend Merit Carpet due to their lack of basic customer service.
