We ordered 4 appliances via Home Depot (full kitchen). First delivery was canceled unexpectedly the…read moreday of. Second delivery resulted in only the refrigerator being installed, dishwasher was left in the garage because they didn't have the tools; the microwave and oven range weren't packed on the truck and were left at the warehouse. Yet the installers went ahead and rehung our microwave by one screw, and replaced our oven gas line with a gas dryer line, clearly not safe with the wrong adapters. Third delivery, the microwave and oven range weren't delivered but not installed. The microwave was clearly dropped and had a massive dent in the back and couldn't be installed because they can't drill through tile. The oven range couldn't be installed because they didn't have the correct installation kit. Each of the three delivery days, I had to take time off from work, and now I'll need to take more time off yet still to get the remaining three appliances installed. So here we are with no microwave, gas oven range, or dishwasher... 7 days before we are set to host for Christmas. Do not order from a local Home Depot unless you ensure they are not using this company for delivery or installation.

Sign next to the door said it should be open. But sign ON the door said they were closed because of staffing issues. Shouldn't the store owner be there working then? Hospital I work for started using their printer support services at the beginning of December…read more Monday morning, printer for my specialty area ran out of ink. Tried contacting company for refill. Left message, no response. On thursday they finally arrived with the wrong printer cartridge twice. Finally got the correct cartridge on Friday. My specialty area in the hospital was down a printer for a week due to inability to communicate with anyone in a timely manner. Two weeks after new printer cartridge was installed, it again ran out of ink on Thursday. The cartridge provided was somw knock-off brand. Called on Thursday. No reponse. Left message, no response. Called again today, finally spoke with someone, we'll see if they deliver.
