I would give this business zero stars if possible. I contacted them for services on my AC unit,…read morereferred via HSA Home Warranty. They came for the service call on a Wednesday. Today, fully 8 days later, they still have not replied to the warranty company, I have no AC, and my family has moved out of the house while I stay here with my animals in the heat. They have told me every day that they will respond, but today, on day 8, they told me the person who handles my case is on vacation, and they cannot help. I have been lied to daily for days, absolutely no contact except when I call them, and they cannot function when someone goes on vacation. I have never experienced this level dysfunction. Justin provides everything you want when it comes to a person to service your HVAC…read more He is prompt, courteous and trustworthy. When an older unit of mine went out last month, he carefully examined the unit and then diagnosed the problem. He pointed out that several things could have failed -- but suggested that we I start by replacing a fan motor that had clearly failed. In the end, we discovered that it was just simply the fan motor that needed to be replaced. This avoided unnecessary costs to me and made me a very happy customer. His service rates are extremely competitive. Also, he always puts on his shoe covers when he comes in the house so that he does not track in dust, mud, etc. I am a very satisfied customer and will call him whenever I need work.

Our former service provider tried repeatedly to identify the cause of the error code that would prevent the furnace from starting. They were fully committed to its resolution at no cost to us. Their efforts would be initially successful but then the furnace would stop running again. This season began like previous ones, furnace ran normally for days until it stopped and then would not run reliably. This year, we had contracted our service with Hay's in hope that they might be able to resolve the problem. On the normal maintenance service call, Jose identified a probable cause of the problem and addressed it. For more than a month, the furnace has run reliably (thankfully) and, for the first time, I have a high degree of confidence that the cause was identified and addressed.
