I filed a complaint with the North Carolina State Board of Examiners of Plumbing, Heating and Fire Sprinkler Contractors at http://www.nclicensing.org/ The venting problems and code violations were discovered by a licensed HVAC repair company in Carrboro NC. I had them check my system after reading a news article in N&O about Craft in August 2017. The article raised suspicions about the quality of his character/ work. Expensive lesson learned.

They ran vents under my stair case. Ran up my bills with an extra sump pump even though they could have just ran the piping one foot further into existing sump pump.
