I bought them and booked an appointment ahead of time but wanted to come in a little earlier. They let me come in a day earlier so I could hit the road sooner and I was in and out in less than an hour! They were super professional, polite, and I feel safe driving across the country in my new Bridgestones! They also threw in new windshield wipers which was completely unexpected but I'm super grateful cause I didn't know they were in such rough shape before coming to TX. Thanks discount tire Pflugerville! Worth every penny and will come here and recommend it to my aunt if she ever needs new tires! Oh also, there was a parking spot just for me with my name on - talk about rolling out the red carpet! Instantly was impressed I didn't have to scour the parking lot for a space!!

I purchased a set of wheel covers along with new tires the the last week in September. They placed the order on their P.O.S. (Point of Sale) device at the counter. They asked me to pay upfront. I did pay by debit card, on the promise of five day delivery. I followed up every seven days for six weeks, once reordering. Yesterday, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund when the service writer could not even verify the order had ever been placed. Next, the store could not credit my debit card or give me cash, because a "new P.O.S." sytem had been installed two weeks ago and crediting my card was no longer an option with the new system. The only mode of refund was a corporate check by snail mail. I was asked to wait out the check delivery for up to 14 days. The new P.O.S. failed to take into account the needs of this paying customer, twice botching the order and then its inability to credit my card with the refund. My experience pointed to two meanings for the Discount Tire P.O.S. Beware of the very limited capabilities of ordering and antiquated refund abilities at Discount Tire in this digital age. Everything was badly tilted against this paying customer. I will never return. P.S. the company replied to this post with an offer to rectify at a link. Again this company displayed its ignorance of the unreasonably miniscule limits of the technology it employess. The link was dead. I was unable to copy/ paste it. Again, thanks for nothing. Maybe Discount Tire could contact me given the reciept attached. The store repeatedly asked for my contact info. Maybe it actually stuck one of the dozen times I provided my phone number. The ball is back in the Discount Tire court. Update: recieved the hard copy corporate check by snail mail in five days.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for this company's professionalism, lightning-fast…read moreresponse, and extremely reasonable pricing. They operate 24/7, and unbelievably, they did not charge extra for an after-hours emergency call, nor was there any type of travel fee. This alone speaks volumes about their integrity and customer care. I had a blowout in my kid's Tesla on a Friday night around 9:30 PM, and within 45 minutes of calling, they were already on-site changing the damaged tire. I assumed they would put a slightly used tire on, however it was a brand new tire. The total cost for their services was less than what I would have paid at a tire shop just to purchase one tire, which is incredible given the convenience and speed. The only reason I went back to discount tire today to use the road hazard warranty that I had purched when replacing these tires last month was purely for my OCD ways and wanting my set of 4 tires to match. The two technicians who arrived were extremely polite, professional, and understanding, knowing how eager we were to get safely back on the road. The payment process was also seamless -- they accepted Zelle, making it one of the easiest parts of an already smooth experience. Huge thanks to David and his coworker for their outstanding service and for getting us back on the road so quickly. I will absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs tire service. Exceptional experience from start to finish!!!

About a month ago, I visited Orange Tire to replace all four tires. At that time, I was very…read moresatisfied with the service and even left a 5-star review. However, my experience completely changed afterward. Today, I needed to replace my brake pads and attempted to remove the wheels myself. I was unable to loosen the lug nuts because they had been tightened extremely hard during my previous visit. While trying to remove them, I broke one of the wheel studs due to the excessive force required. I stopped immediately and went back to Orange Tire to address the issue. I explained that I had been there a month ago and that their team had overtightened the lug nuts to the point where I couldn't remove them. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff initially tried to blame rust. I can understand one stuck lug nut -- but not three out of five on a single wheel. That's not normal and clearly indicates improper torque. The manager spent about 15-20 minutes on the phone (possibly with the owner), and eventually told me that I would need to purchase new parts myself, bring them in, and they would replace them for free. I offered a simple and reasonable solution -- just reimburse the cost so I could handle the repair myself and not waste additional time. However, the owner responded in a dismissive and unfriendly manner, refusing any refund and insisting I follow their process. This situation shows a lack of accountability and poor customer service. What started as a great experience turned into a very disappointing one. Be careful -- over-tightened lug nuts can cause serious damage and additional expenses.

Originally I had made an appointment at the dealership to get an oil change but they told me it would take about 2 hours minimum and honestly who has time to wait around for that? I searched on yelp locally and Express Oil Change came up as one of the more highly rated places. As I pulled into one of the empty lanes, I was immediately greeted by a nice gentlemen name John. I told him I needed an oil change and he said it would take about 10 minutes and that was in fact true. He swapped out my engine filter, topped off my washer fluids, and checked the cabin filter as well. And since it was my first visit, he took off $15 of the services. Very pleasant experience and so efficient. Keep up the great work!

Granted my car is 13 years old so it was time for some brake work. I came in since the brakes would squeak every time I reversed. Car ran fine and give or take a few months into it, I heard the reverse brakes squeak again. I took it for review and was advised this is common for older cars especially in the mornings. I hardly drive my Altima since I work from home. Just got back from a road trip and the squeaky began again. This time, I took it for a second opinion: Nissan Dealership in Round Rock: They advised me all rotors, discs and pads will need to be replaced again. I advised them I had all that work done before. Unfortunately, the rotors were discolored due to contamination from packing protection oil prior to installation. I called Express Oil change and spoke with Tony. Since its been more then 12 months since the brakes were done, there was nothing that can be done. Tony also stated this could be caused from going through car washes and the solutions they use can stick to the brakes causing further harm. DON'T GO HERE FOR BRAKE WORK. STICK WITH YOUR LOCAL DEALERSHIPS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thankfully, help arrived before I had time to spiral into Googling "How to survive permanently stranded in your driveway." The roadside assistance technician showed up calm, professional, and completely unfazed by my dramatic retelling of events. Within minutes, they diagnosed the issue, got things sorted out, and brought my car back to life like some kind of automotive wizard. What could have turned into a full‑blown inconvenience (or emotional breakdown) ended up being quick and painless. No lectures, no eye‑rolling...just efficient help and a running vehicle again. The car was not tired, but the battery was a bit weak. While roadside service was free through our insurance plan, we had to pay for battery, which was reasonably priced. Thanks to roadside assistance, my car is no longer staging protests, and I can once again go about my day pretending this never happened.
