Terrible customer service. It's so sad they bought out JT Waste. They do not care one iota about their customers. Typical for a large, non-local service. I don't know who to tell you to go to because Skyline is incredibly overpriced and Waste Management is really horrible as well. We just don't have any great choices out here. read more

if I could put zero I would. united disposal bought out the company that I had which was great and no complaints. this is the worst experience I've ever had ! late pick up etc. the last straw was leaving half the trash in the bin on the same day another company was advertising. I canceled the service 2 weeks prior to my next quarter and they promised to pick up the can. they did not! I called again and that same day I was charged for the next quarter. I called them and they said they couldn't understand why as my information said canceled. the bin had not been picked up. fast forward 2 weeks they have still not collected the bin and I have charged back on my credit card. I have called 11 times since June 24 and everyone that answers the phone says oh it should have been collected! I live in a community with an HOA and leaving a bin outside is causing letters from them! BE WARNED NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED ANYTHING AS ANNOYING AS THIS! read more

If I could give them a zero I would. They do not maintain their trucks. Trucks leak gallons of oil and hydrolic fluid all over the street in front of your house. City and State environmental services will do nothing to help. Don't use their services. read more

WM just took over and they are hardly never picking up at the day they are supposed to do so. WM constant increases prices, bin there done that mark my words. We switched right away to United, first impression some nice lady picks up the phone if you cal them, and you are not just a number. They pickup in time. We are forced to have United disposal as our residential trash company (Patriot can not deliver to our house). We have been with them 1.5 years and they are absolutely the worst utility company I have every dealt with. In our time with them we have only received 2 bills from them. They seem incapable of getting correspondence to their customers, and constantly place blame on the customer and post office. I have never had past due bills with any company, yet with them they fail to send a bill so every quarter my account gets set to past due, a representative comes on and is rude, and we do the same thing again. Rude nasty and inconsiderate.....they refuse to understand that driving their truck that picks up dumpsters into a RESIDENTIAL neighborhood and dumping said dumpster at 5:15 AM isn't somehow rude and uncalled for. When I asked about it I was met with the same disrespectful attitude that they run their business with. Truth of the matter is you can get the same size dumpster for much less than they charge. Do not do business with these jerks, they have no respect for anyone in a residential area. I will edit this post if they stop their pre 7am residential dumpster pickups. read more

I have been using this company for 20 years, since before they became United disposal, I have never had any issues with them and they are reasonably priced. They have always been very helpful when calling in with an issue. When we asked them not to come down our road when it was wet from the weather they were happy to oblige. read more

I have had United for about 4+ months and they have missed picking up the trash twice. The first time was due to the weather, the second time was the driver was busy training a new worker. Well, the driver picked up my next door neighbor's trash was about 30 feet away on the other side of the road. The driver had to turn around next to the trash can in order to get the other trash. When I called about the missed pick-up, they said they were sorry and they would pick up any extra trash next week since the driver was already into the route. That doesn't cut it. They should send someone out to get the trash today, not in a week, I don't want to hear excuses. This is poor customer service, I pay my bill on time, they should pick up the trash on time. I will bring this up to my HOA to consider finding another company who is reliable. read more

I have used United disposal for approximately 15 years. Today November 19, 2015 I spoke with Michelle on the phone about why my trash was not picked up for the second week in a row. I was told that there was a block of concrete with a little bit of rebar in it and it was too heavy for the truck to pick up. I am a disabled man with multiple bone and joint problems as well as back problems I've had multiple Knee surgeries. I was able to pick up the Can by myself. Below is a picture of the offending piece of concrete with my foot. It is approximately 16 inches long and 4 in.². Upon removing said item from the trashcan. Michele decided she was going to be a smart ass and tell me she wasn't going to send anybody out to pick it up until this Friday again. However the trashcan is still full. And she also decided she was going to hang up on me because she thought she was a smart person. I then explain to Debbie when I called back and mediately they need to get their can out of my yard. As of 330 when I returned home it was not gone. I have referred many customers to them. What were the years. Before warned that even after 15 years with them that they do not care about you and all they want is money. The customer service display to me by Michele and then by Debbie. Words for lack of a better word atrocious. I recommend patriot disposal now and if you're In the market for trash service I suggest you disregard united dispose of an old cars and try to forget that you even have ever heard about them or ever had to hear this. Now they want us to wait nearly another week for pick up. Receptionist was VERY rude. They not only don't know how to run a business but their personnel is not customer friendly. Nope, since they changed ownership, we have had 3 issues, they blamed the Post office twice for no bill showing up, no pick, no call, no bills.....then Today, no pick-up, we had to call, there are no apologies, just excuses, the previous owner had much better control, Peggy who answered the phone had to go home at 5:01 instead of trying to help us, so patriot Disposal here we come!!! read more
