    This is the second time they didn't pick up my trash. I live on a property with two houses, and we each have our own bin. I have a blue patriot bin I've used since they bought out patriot and my neighbor has a green WM bin. I was never given a replacement green WM bin. Today customer service told me that they only service WM bins and that's why they only took one. Customer service informed that my neighbor hasn't been paying her bill but they still took her trash since it was the green WM one. Customer service told me to keep her bin since she hasn't paid and for them to pick up the blue patriot bin it will need to be empty (but it's still full since they didn't pick up my trash today). I asked for them to bill her for the service and come back and pick up mine since I'm still paying for service. They took the wrong trash and tell me the blue bin needs to be empty for it be taken away. I'm left with another week of not getting my trash taken? I just checked my WM profile and now the reason they didn't take my trash is stated "Excess Weight" which is a complete lie. The video clearly shows them only taking the green bin and not even attempting to lift mine. If it was "excess weight" why did customer service tell me they only took one because my neighbor hasn't paid her bill and not the second bin was overweight? The only solution customer service gave me was to empty my bin into the green one and they'll pick it up next week. WM could care less about you. See If United Disposal services your area instead.

    Yelp should have ZERO stars to accurately reflect these reviews. Waste management took over Patriot in Prescott this summer. They sent a letter to sign up with them. I DID NOT respond because I planned to sign with another service. I placed an 8x10 notice on my (2) containers to pick them up and signed up with United in Chino Valley. The containers sat in front of my house for over (2) months. In the mean time WM is continuing to send me bills - now going to collection they say. BTW - I was unable to find a phone number that responded with a real person. All automated with no way to speak to someone. Just the way WM wants it. I was finally able to reach someone that repairs containers and consented to pick up my containers. These guys are the worst I've run into. A company of this size and no way to speak to a live person. Well, no obvious way. Probably buried in their BS web site to get them legally off the hook. You can see by the reviews - nothing higher than one star. I recommend canceling WM service and finding someone that wants to provide the customer a satisfactory experience.

    Several missed pick ups, trash all over street... #1 in dissatisfaction.

They are always up-to-date on their webpage if they're running late with service for whatever reason. They have these awesome locks that you can get added to your receptacle, why they are $10 apiece, I do not understand as I feel this should be a standard for Flagstaff due to how windy we are. The reason this is not a five star review is because on breezy or windy days, some items don't make it into the truck at pick up, and the driver doesn't go out and grab it like our previous provider did. Our neighbors across the street say the same thing! Our previous provider always gave dog treats to our dogs, and when I contacted Carrie to switch service, she said they did the same but we've never seen it and now it's to the point where the dogs don't even care when they see the JT truck pulling up. When they see our old providers truck, they come running, and they still have the same driver and he always stops at our house to give treats to our pups! Regardless of that, if you are not with a local company for your trash service, it's time to switch!

The new trash can arrived later that day, with no hidden fees, which was unlike all the startup costs associated with Waste Management. I neglected to put out my trash the first week and got a call from David, who was checking in to just make sure he didn't miss anything. I thought that effort was above and beyond what I would expect from anyone. I highly recommend JT waste. They are economical, have great customer service and a local business who understands the needs of the community. Thanks so much Carrie!

Due to COVID, the city of Phoenix was not offering recycling drop off events so I found this company through an internet search. They take nearly all types of electronics: computers, monitors, radios, DVD players, motors, rechargeable batteries and backup drives, printer cartridges, old power cords, etc. and all for free, but with a small charge for printers, scanners and CRT monitors. I had a scanner/printer that I no longer wanted and that was $5, my monitors, tablets, power cords, were all taken off my hands for free. They also wipe your hard drives. The drop off process was easy, sign a short form in the front office with your contact info and what you are dropping off, pay a fee if needed, then drive around the back and an associate unloads your trunk. They do not have pick up for individuals but do have corporate pickup services. The staff were very friendly and pleasant.

Beyond that, I offloaded a bunch of computer equipment with R3Ewaste, and it was as simple as a Goodwill drop off. Quick form to fill out at the front desk, then drive around to the back and they've got a guy to take it from your car. Like I said, nice and easy!
