I have been here for 6 weeks and three of them they have not picked up my trash. They told me they would be by to pick up my trash and never showed. I will be canceling my service with them. I have left them several messages to tell them to pick up the can and cancel my service but have not heard back. Horrible customer service. read more

Where do I start, our scheduled day is Wednesday, sometimes they come on Tuesday without any notice, sometimes it's Wednesday. Regularly get skipped, will hit the neighbors on either side of me, but skip me at the end of the road. Dispatch will have some excuse, oh it's a new driver, still learning, it looked muddy (I have fully rocked driveway). Say they will come on the next route and make the pickup, rarely do. Another time, got skipped, called dispatch before the truck was even off my street, oh he has a tight schedule and can't get back to you to day. It's 3 mins out of his way to come back and do the job I pay $80 a month for. Customer service is ridiculous and full of excuses and empty promises, don't avoid, run away from this company that needs a new name. read more

I have called and can't get through to anyone, I have sent emails, left voicemails and no one has called or emailed me back. Do not use this service. I would rather pay double than use BPD. BBB Rating's a D-- DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! They were more than a week late emptying my dumpster!!! It was full and I had nowhere to put the addition horse manure. We called daily and were told they'd come "tomorrow" which turned into 7 days. Eventually I was told "too bad". The clerk was very rude to me and said "You're not the only one!!" (who's waiting for pick up). There's no manager on site. I was told the manager would call which never happened. VERY RUDE PEOPLE!!! VERY POOR SERVICE!!! read more

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! Doing business with this company, the customer service is so awful no words that can actually explain how bad this company is, does not matter who answers the phone. Lucy the so-called manager is the worst. Good luck ever getting her because for a manager she is never ever in. Don't bother leaving a voice mail either she will never return your calls. This company is falling apart and us as customers are taking the hit for it and they truly COULD CARE LESS....It's no wonder they have a D rating with the BBB. They should in all honesty have an F rating. If there was a way to leave a negative star I would. These people are completely inept. I have called for months to get them to stop service. They refuse to call me back. They've cleaned a port-a-potty weekly for three months that's never been used. I told them I won't pay for the service but they continue to drive out here and waste time,fuel, water, and labor on a job they refuse to cancel. I recently moved to Prescott Valley and needed residential trash service. Gabby was very helpful and set me up with an account before I arrived at our new home. However, Best Pick Disposal never delivered a trash container so I called to cancel the service and chose another company to service my trash collection needs. Lucy was supposed to credit my Visa back within 7-10 days. After 11 business days (yesterday), I called and left a message for Lucy to call me and to credit my Visa. Yvonne was very helpful and said she would leave a message for Lucy and would also give her the message verbally in the morning. Today, no call from Lucy and no credit to my Visa. I called to speak with Lucy around noon but she was not in the office. I will keep trying to reach Lucy until she gets tired of my phone messages and actually credits my Visa for services never rendered. Now I see why there is only one Best Pick Disposal can sitting out on collection day on our street. If they can't be bothered to deliver a can or communicate...why would one expect any better service for trash collection, billing, questions, or account problems. Do yourself a favor, if you need new service or are changing companies, do your own research but take it from me, look elsewhere to avoid the frustration of having to deal with Lucy at Best Pick Disposal. read more

The customer service was absolutely the worst! I previously had service with them before and it was great. Its unfortunate that this person treated me so poorly and laughed when I asked if I could get a can delivered next day. After the call was discontinued. She called me back and hung up on me. This behavior is very unprofessional, I called to speak to the supervisor and she refused to connect me to him! Good luck for anyone who decides to go with them for disposal service. Do not use this service. they ask for automatic payment and take it directly out of your account when the bill is generated and Never Never pick up your trash. The Manager does not call you back. The front office is will tell you that they will send someone back to pick up your trash and then they do not. You call them back and they will give you a new answer, oh we are short handed it will have to be next week and then you call next week and you get the same exact answer. We have paid over $200.00 in less than two months and have had our trash picked up only once. read more

I would leave zero stars if that was possible. We've been customers for over a decade with this company, but it has really gone downhill. Driver drove right by and didn't pick up our garbage last week, and they promised numerous times that they would pick it up the "next day", but it is still sitting here a week later. read more

We've had Best Pick for over 5 years with adequate service. I started having problems with a new driver months ago (driving fast on our property, going off the driveway onto dirt, etc.) I called to make a complaint and to have our dumpster repaired. For 3 days in a row I got no call back and had to call and leave messages for the officer manager every day. When I finally called and spoke with her she said she had not received my messages. She promised they'd be out the next day. No show and no phone call. I called again and no call back. The next work day, no show and no call. By this time I've had it and cancelled my service. When I finally got a hold of the officer mgr "Lucy" about a refund she said "oh, we went out to lunch with your refund!" and laughed. Talk about unprofessional on top of poor customer service! PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I'm surprised they are still in business. read more
