My Home Improvement Project Experience Going out to shop with Cash was very pleasant. He was immensely helpful at collecting materials with me. He was patient with my selections and my questions. He surprised me with his very own discount and I couldn't wait to get started on the project. He was very predictable due to the constant communication and the desire to have a client relationship so I can be apart of the project as much as his crew was and himself. I love my new kitchen, the cabinets to the quartz countertops. Everything fits in perfectly with the colors I got encouraged to pick. I was very clear that I'm all about contrast and I don't feel like my wishes were ignored. The green black painted coat on my cabinets, give me a feeling of royalty energy. The white painted cabinets ended up going perfectly for the modern look I was still trying to keep in my kitchen. It helps my other accessories stand out. Like the gold futures market in my undercount sink. It's literally my favorite part of my kitchen and it gives me confidence that I can just switch my decorations to other shiny golden things. I couldn't let go of the idea of not having a quartz countertop. I'm very happy on how it turned out. They were able to have it all around the kitchen without any problem of not fitting or matching. I cannot get enough on my pendant lights. They look so magical and very easy to clean. I love the lengths of them and I love the enough space given to project the light perfectly. I like settle tones all over my house so this choice of lights satisfied my wish. I also told him I wasn't a fan of small crowns, so he introduce me to a much larger variety. His crew did an amazing job with the crown molding. It really makes the wall on top of the counter tops look particularly bigger and elegant. Of course I couldn't leave out the idea of a luxury floor, due to my ordinary request all around the kitchen. He recommended LVP floors, which I was skeptical at first because I had not seen them at any of my friends houses. I wasn't sure how it would contrast with my kitchen. I was happy to see that it was actually a distinct luxurious wood like floor. I couldn't be more satisfied, it literally made my whole kitchen look more pleasing than it already looked. They also took care of making sure there was new doors and that all walls were repainted which was not a bad choice at the end. My kitchen looked like I had moved into a brand new house, unrecognizable. So on time with my requests, it was under budget which has me in awww. We Love Cash and Crew. They have done some many amazing things. First was the Patio with Pavers. Finished early. It looks great the crew was super easy to work with. Kept me updated with texts and in person every step of the way. I love it. Amazing Crew. Cleaned up and picked up everything like no other contractor I have ever hired. We had the Electric Panel in the garage expanded ( changed out the house was built in the early 1973 era) I can now plug anything in and not trip a breaker. We hired Cash and his crew to do a kitchen remodel on our older home in Pleasanton. The kitchen in this house always felt like an afterthought and two of the walls had large windows in them. This meant that two walls didn't have countertops or cabinets. After years of debating whether to bust out a wall or expand into the backyard we finally decided the size of the kitchen was fine, what we needed was to put in different windows that would allow counters and cabinets along those two walls. We asked Cash to come look at it and give suggestions. He agreed with our ideas and we went forward from there. By the end of the day we had decided on cabinets and counter top, and within a week had the appliances picked out. The backsplash took a little longer, but the guys worked with us on that and worked around the absence. I should note that we chose to keep the upper cabinets, that helped us stay on budget and buy better appliances. Greg and the crew are awesome to work with. Always respectful and not afraid to offer suggestions. Some surprises that Greg and the crew had to deal with were: The kitchen floor is warped and a little off kilter. Dealt with, the counters are all level and at a good height for working. Needed to reroute a gas line for access to the shutoff. Dealt with, the line was rerouted and passed inspection. Cash, the owner of United came in, took a look at my job knew exactly what we wanted and said yes I can do this and then added a couple of other things like lighting above and below the cabinets in order to accentuate the beautiful stone that they installed, Putting the outlets under the upper cabinets so that there was no outlets on the backsplash was executed perfectly. The crew that came in and did kitchen cabinet staining and finish work were amazing. Overall, I just want the world to know my experience was one of a kind, I've had lots of construction work done and I've had to argue and beg contractors to finish the job or come correct their work and this has not been my case With Cash's crew. Yes of course there's always problems on the job, but they immediately took care of it and fixed it in an extremely professional and timely manner, which I appreciated greatly. I worked really hard, and I want a place to retreat to, when I called Cash I was feeling like I had no idea how to create my own beautiful oasis away from work. Cash took me shopping and help me pick out some beautiful Carrera, Italian marble slabs that I used for my shower, I hate cleaning, so I don't want grout. We picked out some mosaic hexagon Italian marble for the Floors that go great with the motif. He designed the frameless shower doors and got me shiny chrome fixtures, my vanity and my window blinds, and my mirror are all this natural wood. Look that really contrast and pops. Cash straight up designed my dream spa bathroom complete with unreal slab work, detailed wall, soapboxes, steam room, oasis! Just ridiculous, beyond my expectations. Show me the detail work with the rain shower was brilliant. But the steam shower and the coordination that goes into it with all the sizing and detailed work is amazing. I had no idea there was so much that goes into this. Cash walked me through all the details, including making sure that the shower door was completely sealed and what type of glass to use, including waterproofing materials and the suggestion to put the tub inside of the wet room was brilliant. Then, it became a larger project with the refinishing of hardwood floors in the room adjacent to the other work, and a complete painting of the exterior of our home. The total body of work was completed eventually, but did require some follow-up work. As another customer noted, the quoting, service contract piece and invoicing steps could be done more thoroughly and professionally. He opened up my wall to make the window have the maximum view possible. he did cool crazy things like a sconce slight on the wall by the window stone floors combination LVP floors.
