He has a representative do the initial quotes and then comes in later and tries to upswell you on buying a different phone instead of repairing your original. He took our phone, told us it was in the back and he was working on it. When we asked for phone back because his practices were so obviously shady and deceptive, he couldn't give it to us. There are plenty of other phone repair shops and I would strongly encourage everyone to go to anywhere else but here.

Was told by the sales people the replacement door would be shipped in two days but got a call from the manufacturer and they said they have to order it and it will take 6-8 weeks for the upper left door to come in? Im glad it's only a cosmetic defect and not an actual hardware. The dishwasher also didn't come with hoses. Those cost extra. Actually, nothing came with what it needed to be operable. We were not told that at the time of the sale. This delayed installation on the dishwasher, cooktop, hood vent, microwave, and wall oven. You'd think for the amount you are paying for luxury appliances these things would come with it. Lame.

It immediately had screen sensitivity issues. When we reached out he was reluctant to even help us. Then when I brought the iPad back before I even handed it to him he claimed it the screen was cracked and that it was our fault.
