From start to finish, our experience was excellent. Kim, Rosie, and Garrett were all fantastic to work with--super helpful and always communicative, which made the whole process feel smooth. The garage installation itself was completed impressively quick, and the crew did an outstanding job. They were professional, efficient, and left our property clean when they were done (which we really appreciated!). We're so happy with how our garage turned out and would absolutely recommend United Carports to anyone looking for a quality build and a reliable team. read more

From the time I made the first call to United Carports, everyone I spoke to was so accommodating and professional. Kim, was my "go to person" and was always a pleasure to deal with. I then met Rosie who ensured that the whole project went smoothly. From the moment the crew came out to start the project (30'x40'x12' building), each one of them were extremely respectful and professional. When it was completed, you'd never have known they had built such a large building. Everything was so clean that it looked like the building had been there for a while! The only down side was we had to walk in all the prints and get the permits. Overall though, I'd give them a 9 out of 10. Would have given them a 10 if they pulled the permits... Great company, great prices, and most importantly: Great people to deal with!!! read more

Working with United Carports has been really great. From beginning to end, it has been a truly great experience. The customer service through the whole process has been top notch. Diane has always been available to answer my questions. Even when I was waffling on my choices, she provided insight and suggestions for me to consider in making my decision. I was struggling with the choice between the 26 and 29ga wall panels, and after talking to Diane, I decided to spend a little more and went with the 26ga PBR panel. I'm very glad I talked to her about that as I am very pleased with the whole look of the building. Brian and install team #2 were fantastic! When I started the process of looking for a building manufacturer, I found so many "nationwide" companies but they all sub out the mfg and installation to a local shop. When I looked up the reviews and even called those local companies, I just didn't have a good feeling. United Carports might not be the cheapest but they are well worth the peace of mind. They stand behind their product and I'm very glad I went with them! My building is 30 x 40' with black roof/trim and Seawolf walls. read more

Re: Large metal RV shed for 40' motor home built at 2652 Vista de Palomar, Fallbrook CA 92028 Last spring United Carports installed a large structure for my neighbor across the street from us. The project was completed without getting any permits or approval from San Diego County. The illegal work that was done by United Carports has damaged the resale value of our home by at least $250,000. Code enforcement has opened a case on it and if the structure is not removed we will file a damage suit against United Carports and the homeowner. read more

I can't remember the last time I had as good an experience with a business as I had with United Carports. Diane Spates was very helpful and kind in the ordering process. I must admit that I was pretty frustrated in the beginning when they were telling me it would be four months before they could install my carport. But, they did come through and install the carport in the timeframe that they originally told me. Their workers were professional and very efficient. I wish all of my employees where is hard-working as these people who installed my carport. Seems to me that they must have a great business that they are so busy, they need to book people for months out. Good for them. I would recommend them to my friends. read more

Don't search anymore! This is the ultimate car port company! No high pressure sales or time limits to lock in prices! I couldn't believe other companies were trying to pressure me into contracts saying my pricing would expire. Turns out that MOST carport companies are all about locking you in! Not united carports they are family owned and it shows in their customer service! Diane was amazing and upfront with all the pricing and options available. She listened to our needs and didn't try to up sell us on anything. All our choices for upgrades were our choice! We ended up with a 50x18 carport with a vertical roof and 14 foot legs for our fifth wheel toy hauler . The install crew was great too! Professional and super quick! They started at 8:30, finished by 3:00. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed! read more

Had a custom 30x40x14 certified building fabricated and installed on slab that they laid. Because of the permitting process, project took over a year. They honored the quote and were prompt in the build even with the few obsticles they encountered. Had some areas of concern at the end of the build, but the three owners came out and fixed all issues then sent out tractor to level ground surrounding garage in order to enter it. Overall, great experience in working with a company that has integrity and values in their work and product. read more

The United Carports (UC) barn we purchased and had installed was a custom design that fit our needs. The UC representative (Kim) was a pleasure to work with, she was on point with all my request for changes and always a pleasure to chat with over the phone. In summary, Kim was phenomenal and she took great care in taking care of every detail. The install was smooth, quick and easy (only 5 days), Roger (the lead) answered all my questions and was very professional and Tayler followed up the last day with a few last minutes details and was very nice and professional. Bottom line, a great bunch of professionals and I would use United Carports in the future. For informational purposes I elected for the following upgrades: 26 Gauge PBR, 4' Cantilever in the front (wish I had the foresight and added a 4' cantilever on the back), color matching screws, ridge vent, vulkem base rail sealant, and a weather seal on roll up garage door. Total foot print was 49x35, inside work shop was 25x19 and we added the concrete slab on the back for the horse day and store odds and ends. read more

Please Read and Stay Away! I originally purchased a carport 14 weeks ago with United Carports, to my surprise they out sourced the job to American Steel Carports. I have spent hours upon hours dealing with a unorganized mess between both companies. To merely receive the run around and the blame game against each other. At the end of the day the carport was FINALLY installed and I was offered an offensive credit of $300 on a near $6,000 job. Then when payment was due they refused to honor the full credit. Then stated the job was out there hands and I would have to figure it out with American Steel Carports. Moral of the story, do not fall for the fake reviews you will end up wasting your time and being very very disappointed. read more

We got our quote last month and the original delivery date was the afternoon on the the 1st of July. They were on time and unloaded the whole 12' X 30' X 10' RV port in about 30 mins. it would have been faster but I was asking a lot of questions due to I was attempting the install myself. The information they gave me was invaluable and made the install much easier. During the install I had a few questions and they were answered right away or was called back within 1/2 hour. It was a great experience all the way around. I did research and asked friends by far this company is an excellent choice to do business with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product. Thank you for your time and have a great day. read more

They honored their word of "Satisfaction guaranteed", so for that I do recommend them. Customer service is key in my book.
