Anticipated Construction time: 2 Days Actual Construction time: 7 days Start date: 4-21-2023 Finish Date: 4-26-2023 From day one this project was explained to me as a difficult project because of the landscape by the first crew that showed up. Due to NOT inspecting the entire fence line before demo a waterline was broken and took up a lot of the crews time leaving me with a mess and shoddy workmanship. The water line had to be worked on 3 different times by 2 different people when a plumber should have been out to fix it ONCE. They didn't tell me it was broken until I tried to use water and had to step out asking why my water was shut off. I dealt with multiple builders who told me different things on different days so I had to tell them what I told the others. No communication between the crews. Take a look at the aftermath pictures. Damaged my irrigation piping despite me mentioning to the owner there's irrigation in the yard to be aware of, the laborers filled a section of my irrigation with cement and posted the fence directly on top of it. They knew because i discovered the broken hoses and pipings on the ground next to the post the day after the job (which they slid out from the premises without notifying me of the complete fence job) -- AND it flooded my neighbors yard and created a river in her backyard. I hd to ultimately pay out of pocket for the repairs and damages , when i reached out they said they would take a look at it and they never came and i never heard a single thing back from them. Don't use - their workers leave cigarette butts in the yard! The company seems to be mom and pop which I like supporting, but their communication skills are lacking severely!! Terrible experience just communicating with them. Scheduled the install 3 weeks out, and we waited for nothing. They delayed paperwork until the morning of and accused me of not signing or paying. I signed the documents the morning received at 9:05am. That day they told me the installers would arrive between 9 and 10. They showed up at 8:20, thus their ridiculous reverse pressure on me. I had no problem with the fee, but by this time- I simply lost faith and trust in this company was glad to cut ties. I filed a formal complaint with Home Depot, they are a part of their pro service referrals. They called me same day on 6/22 - came over - that day was fine - the next 3 weeks were weird at best. On 7/6 I even asked if they want my business. Anyway, my recommendation is a strong stay away from this company - their are pleanty more with WAY WAY BETTER communication- customer service - and respect. Heidi doesn't seem to know how to read context and reply to simple emails directly - she's Easton's wife (the owner) - and handles admin. She should not -- I have pages of emails and texts I printed for Home Depot to see the disconnect. I don't understand it - I even had more work I was going to give them if things went well. We had to get the fencing replace on both front sides of our house because the wood was breaking and warping. I am satisfied with the fencing we got installed. However, they never took down our original fence on one side. Because that side of the fence line was extended towards the front of our house to give us more space in the back yard, I have an empty area between the new and old fence that can't be accessed until the old fencing gets removed. I reached out several times and was told they would come out on a certain day to take the old fence down and haul away since that was included in the quote. This happened twice and no one showed. I reached back out multiple times and was pretty much ghosted. My complaint was after my fence job. They broke the pcv pipe on my sprinklers and never informed me. Till I noticed my grass was dying. I saw multiple leaks on my sprinkler system. I called Easton and scheduled to come out and make it right. But did not show up. I even hired him to do more additional fence work on my house. And asked him to fix the pipe then. His crew came and left without fixing the broken pipes. Finally he sends someone but only fixed one leak and left to do another job and told me they will come back next day.
