His communication was excellent, he kept me informed throughout the entire process, and I genuinely felt like my vehicle was in good hands. I do want to mention that after the new engine was installed, my Escalade ended up stranded on the side of the road because a technician had accidentally forgotten to reconnect a clamp on a reservoir. Fortunately there was a tow truck assisting someone else broken down not far. I talked to the driver and he helped me. His name is Riley.
