We were scheduled to board a plane and discovered that the wheelchair could not tilt back. Without the tilt function our trip was going to be very hard to pull off with a plane ride from Oregon to Denver and then a rental car to accommodate my son's wheelchair. Oregon Mobility Solutions took the wheelchair and repaired it quickly for us with no problems. We will come back for the permanent fix after our trip but for now they got us up and running! They responded quickly and professionally, unlike the very horrible nuMotion outfit in Tualatin. I plan on working with Oregon Mobility Solutions in the future with the permanent fix for my tilting seat wheelchair problem and any other repair.
