    This transport chair makes it a lot easier to take my brother out to restaurants, shopping, doctors  visits, etc.

    A couple of months ago, it became apparent to us that my 94-year old brother suffering from Parkinson's could benefit from changing from his wheelchair to a much lighter Transport Chair. We live in the SF Bay Area but we drive up to Portland periodically to visit. Folding, storing and handling a real wheelchair is very difficult for us and other senior folks that take him to restaurants, doctors visits, shopping and other daily activities. His physical strength has declined considerably and he can't propel the wheelchair under his own power. He wasn't able to do that even at the time he first received the wheelchair as a gift by a good friend of his. The generous friend was not aware of the differences between wheelchairs and transport chairs. He thought he was doing the right thing. On our last trip we decided to look into getting him an inexpensive transport chair. We went online to get an idea of what was available in the various price ranges. We went to look at some at Walgreen, a medical supply place in Gresham and at All In One Mobility, Hands down, the latter was the best experience of all. Christina was a really big help. She really knows her inventory and the lines of equipment. We learned a lot from her and she was most helpful in assessing the needs for my handicapped brother. She showed us the differences in the various wheelchairs and transport chairs. It became apparent to us within a few minutes that we were real novices and needed the help of a professional in this type of equipment. We ended up with a Drive Medical Lightweight Expedition Aluminum Transport Chair. It was lightweight, sturdy with exceptional build quality. It had larger rear wheels to make it easier to bump up over curbs and other obstacles. The quality of the wheels, bearings and fittings was obvious. A 'test drive' around the store demonstrated how easily it handled. It was so very easy and effortless - easier than his heavy duty wheelchair. It can be repaired and serviced by All In One Mobility, if needed. It was a bit more expensive than the cheapest chair from Walgreen but it is so much better built and has the larger rear wheels that it was a 'no-brainer' for us. We are extremely appreciative of the professional help and care from Christina! Best of all, my brother and all the people that help him get around are so very happy that this new, lightweight chair is so much easier to handle. JimQ

    Here it is, only May 24th, and today I enjoyed another example of sensational, even - outstanding service from All in One Mobility . At last, I ended my months long search for an elusive powerchair part. It finally occurred to me to ask the pros at All in One for a little help. Shana, James, Lorraine and the rest of the team had that part ordered faster then I could say, "please and thank you" Yowza! I can always count on All in One for super service. Thanks again!

    They were very helpful in renting us a wheelchair van. The vehicle was great, and everything went…read morefine until the return. We were told to leave it at the airport valet on the morning of our departure, but the valet was very confused and was asking us a lot of questions about who from United would be picking it up and when, etc. We couldn't get answers from calling United Access, but we obviously couldn't miss our flight. So my wife called the sales/rental rep's cell number (which was provided in her email in case we had questions) and she proceeded to be extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife about calling early in the morning outside of business hours. Made my wife cry in the middle of the airport while we were trying to navigate through everything. Don't provide your cell if you don't want your customers using it. In my field of work, I don't provide my cell to anyone for this reason. Some do, or have an alternate business-only number. I emailed the rep asking for an apology, and she left a voicemail that wasn't really a true apology. Terrible customer service. Don't know if this is her first ever customer service job, but don't provide numbers you don't want people calling. The General Manager was sympathetic and agreed that was unacceptable at least.
