We were scheduled to board a plane and discovered that the wheelchair could not tilt back. Without the tilt function our trip was going to be very hard to pull off with a plane ride from Oregon to Denver and then a rental car to accommodate my son's wheelchair. Oregon Mobility Solutions took the wheelchair and repaired it quickly for us with no problems. We will come back for the permanent fix after our trip but for now they got us up and running! They responded quickly and professionally, unlike the very horrible nuMotion outfit in Tualatin. I plan on working with Oregon Mobility Solutions in the future with the permanent fix for my tilting seat wheelchair problem and any other repair. We bought a brand new Toyota Sienna. The car only came with one key, and if this was just a car for me, it wouldn't be a huge deal. This is a car for my son, and is to ensure he always has a safe way to be transported. If I go somewhere without him, I have to remember to leave the key incase of an emergency. I was told that the 2nd key was something I would have to contact Toyota about, so I did that. Toyota informed me that my cars vin already has a 2nd key, and that it's up to the dealership to provide that. My guess is that United Access misplaced the 2nd key at some point, and is now saying it only comes with one. After spending almost 90K on a van, I would think a 2nd key would be absolutely provided. It's been over a month of me working with Toyota, to try and get a 2nd key provided and purchased. Overall, this has made the aftercare extremely frustrating. In the end, I will probably just have to pay $500 to get a 2nd key for a van that should have come with one.
