We were scheduled to board a plane and discovered that the wheelchair could not tilt back. Without the tilt function our trip was going to be very hard to pull off with a plane ride from Oregon to Denver and then a rental car to accommodate my son's wheelchair. Oregon Mobility Solutions took the wheelchair and repaired it quickly for us with no problems. We will come back for the permanent fix after our trip but for now they got us up and running! They responded quickly and professionally, unlike the very horrible nuMotion outfit in Tualatin. I plan on working with Oregon Mobility Solutions in the future with the permanent fix for my tilting seat wheelchair problem and any other repair. While they don't take Medicaid reimbursements, they have excellent customer service and I cannot put a price on that! Thank you Keith for your excellent and prompt work today. Turns out they do have one of those (maybe 2) on their showroom floor, but they also have a whole wall of motorized scooters from basic to extravagant & motorized wheelchairs as well. I went in with the thought that I wanted a motorized scooter that was foldable & easy to transport for travel. Turns out even the scooters that fold have to be partially dismantled first then folds into 2 parts, then prior to use again, needs to be put back together. Not for me. So I tried the foldable motorized wheelchair & immediately fell in love. it folds & sits back up with 1 button, & folds to the size of a suitcase & fits easily into the back of my car! I have a cruise booked for Feb (on a huge ship, carrying 5000 guests), & I can't wait to explore every crevice of the ship as well as the islands where we stop. I'm sorry I didn't get the names but the young lady that helped me was amazing & the gentleman (in a motorized chair himself), answered every question I had & I left a very happy customer.
