Without the tilt function our trip was going to be very hard to pull off with a plane ride from Oregon to Denver and then a rental car to accommodate my son's wheelchair. Oregon Mobility Solutions took the wheelchair and repaired it quickly for us with no problems. We will come back for the permanent fix after our trip but for now they got us up and running! They responded quickly and professionally, unlike the very horrible nuMotion outfit in Tualatin. I plan on working with Oregon Mobility Solutions in the future with the permanent fix for my tilting seat wheelchair problem and any other repair. I asked if they knew any resources that could help him get an affordable new walker, the incredibly kind and caring woman went in the back and found a used walker that was in way better shape and gifted it to my vulnerable friend. It brought me to tears and has made a world of difference for my neighbor. He lives alone and is in his 80s. We were told to leave it at the airport valet on the morning of our departure, but the valet was very confused and was asking us a lot of questions about who from United would be picking it up and when, etc. We couldn't get answers from calling United Access, but we obviously couldn't miss our flight. So my wife called the sales/rental rep's cell number (which was provided in her email in case we had questions) and she proceeded to be extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife about calling early in the morning outside of business hours. Made my wife cry in the middle of the airport while we were trying to navigate through everything. Don't provide your cell if you don't want your customers using it. In my field of work, I don't provide my cell to anyone for this reason. Some do, or have an alternate business-only number. I emailed the rep asking for an apology, and she left a voicemail that wasn't really a true apology. Terrible customer service. Don't know if this is her first ever customer service job, but don't provide numbers you don't want people calling. The General Manager was sympathetic and agreed that was unacceptable at least.

They tell me repairs take that long. I've never experienced this type of delay before with any other company. Since we are still dealing with the ramifications of all this I tried to place a formal complaint, but they have not called me back, which somehow is not surprising. Our lives have totally changed because of how long this took, days are spent at home, we can't just go out easily anymore because the edema can prevent him from being able to get into his braces while we wait for modifications on them. Poor management has ramifications on people. It breaks my heart that my charming and social husband is kept home so much because of all this. And they don't even want to know or talk to us about it.

NSM was actually the second DME vendor I was referred to when trying to obtain insurance approval for a safe sleep bed for one of my family members. The first DME company would only submit my request if I had very specific documents from very specific providers and after 7 months of back and forth with no insurance submission, it became clear that we just weren't going to get anywhere with them. I contacted NSM and they jumped into action quickly. They were very clear about what was required by my insurer, even going so far as to provide me with documentation from my insurer about their coverage for safe sleep beds. With that documentation, I was able to go to my family member's doctor and have them draft a letter tailored to what information was needed and we ended up getting the bed approved within two weeks on the FIRST TRY. Now if you've ever gone about getting insurance to cover a spendy DME item, you know this is an abnormality because it's usually a case of appeals and denials for months before approval. I was SO excited to hear of the approval and after a little over a month of waiting, the bed was delivered and set up today and is perfect for my family's needs. Cynthia and Summer were both incredible with communication every step of the way and Cristian and Zane who delivered the bed were personable and friendly. Overall, we had a great experience with NSM and would prioritize using them again in the future for any additional DME needs.

AND THEN after we finally get all the fees situated he lies and says he's sending a tow, but then changes his mind and says he's fearing for his life because I gave him a piece of my mind for all the BS he's pulled today. If you hear this tow company mentioned at all just steer clear. You'll save a bunch of money and a huge headache dealing with "David Garcia". They left my car on the whole time so the battery is dead as well as my window down. They cracked my front lip, as well as dented the side fender in more than what it was.
