Very unfortunate having spent $150+ total on both hands and feet, and because I was a little skeptical about the liquid gel extension alternative the offered since they don't do gel-x. Also because the nail broke on the day before I left for my weeklong vacation. It didn't break from some sort of excess pressure or trauma to my finger, I just looked down and the whole tip was gone. I can see now that the layer of gel overlay on that nail is quite thin which is probably why.

The nail technician started shaping my nails, I asked for a reshape only on one nail, he got upset and asked someone else to finish my nails. He took his kart and left. I wasn't sure what was happening since he was speaking in a different language. Then another technician came and told me he would not be finishing my pedi and will not be doing my mani because he was upset. I was so confused. So I sat there waiting 30minutes for someone else to come and finish up the work. How it ended, I put on my shoes and did not get my mani done. I rather give the business to someone else. By the way, I paid in full, as a good person. And, they charged me in full as well. But I thought I shared it.
