They also have two restaurants on the property: Blue Hound Kitchen and Cocktails (book a month in advance for that one - see our video review under our dining section below) and Eden - their rooftop, outdoor restaurant. Both are great options, though Eden has beautiful views of the pool and of the Phoenix landscape! Finally, they are VERY dog-friendly with free treats and water in the lobby (you also get a polaroid picture of them), as well as bedding and other amenities. The next morning, after a rough experience at breakfast, I mentioned something at the front desk and Donna, the front-end manager, stepped in immediately, not defensively, but genuinely wanting to understand what happened and make it right. That kind of accountability is rare. Saturday night brought a similar hiccup at the bar, and Sayan handled it the same way: professionally, without hesitation. The room was exactly what I've come to expect from Kimpton, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. But the real story here is the staff outside the restaurant. But that pretty creepy of the neighbor to take videos of girls in the pool. So maybe don't use the pool if you stay at her house in phoenix. . Besides that, going back to the house being 86 DEGREES and her not caring or being apologetic at all. It was finally fixed 6:30 pm on Saturday, but it probably took until 8pm to cool from 86 degrees to 73. Not once were we rude to her. We could've been under these circumstances. Sorry your ego is fragile and you're unable to take constructive criticism. A woman of your age, I would expect a bit more professionalism and maturity. House is cute tho! Good job decorating! PS. From my deposit they deducted almost everything. They changed deposit money every 4 days from the day i vacated . Charged more than mentioned cleaning fees. When I asked about cleaning, first they said its a standard fees and later when i referred their own website for actual fees, they said its for deep cleaning for mess that i left . As per them it took 10 hrs to clean the unit which is less than 400 sq ft. Wow. Avoid specially tampa location. Its worst. All units are super tiny.

At one point she had double booked my event and the studio I reserved would not be available for my event for guests to use as a restroom. She offered a port a potty! Classy!I should have cancelled right then, but presumed to believe everything would be fine. The owners also despise children. So, if you have kids and wish to have your own in your wedding party, they will have a problem with that too. Overall, I learned a valuable lesson.
